Vampire Age

The beginning

Victor was just coming home after been bullied in school. He lifted his head which was full of bruise and sigh,"if only I was more powerful" he murmured.

They were living in a world were only the strong matters and the weak were disdained by the society . Victor was a boy who lived in a tattered house,since his birth he had never met his parent,he basically knew nothing about them only that they were both strong metas who had died in the war against the werewolves.

The werewolves had been a threat to human existence since over 500 years ago when man discovered the existence of habitable planet suitable for living,but it was also dangerous because of the various kinds of monsters roaming around in them. Mankind has been facing a lot of threat since the age of the enlightment and the only way they could survive was because of the help of meta humans(metas). Everybody was born with something called spirit point(SP)which is graded into 9 levels:

1st level SP

2nd level SP

3rd level SP

9th level SP

So the higher their SP the stronger and faster they grow, the SP really didn't end at the 9th level cause when the metas turned 18 there powers are no more based on their SP point again,it was just a grade system used to satisfy the curiosity of the students based on how powerful they were.

 Victor was a boy born with a low level SP. He was a weak child who has no money to buy enough skill book to futher his power. He was a natural meta born with the power to control water. Powers are also different from each other some are born with  powers while some that can afford skill book buys them to learn. A person can only learn one skill while there had been people who had the luxury to be born with two types of skills. These category of people are called dual metas,they are well respected in the society because of how powerful they are and their importance to the survival of man itself.

Victor was just a boy living on Earth with no purpose only to get stronger and survive,he was just walking home when the heard the sound of water dripping."hmm...the last time I checked there wasn't a sewer here or anything.....let me check it out"he thought.

He started moving to the direction of the sound until he gets to the front of a stair Ieading down to the base of an abandoned house. He stood there for a few seconds before going down the stair encouraging himself that nothing bad will happen bad will happen.

*Tap* *Tap* The sound of his footstep hitting the stairs as he went deeper could be heard. On getting to the last row of the stairs,he saw a scene that he will never forget. The whole floor was filled with blood and in the middle stood an handsome middle-aged man with blood dripping from his head to his toes. He wanted to run but he found out that his leg has been frozen because of fear.

"Victor... *cough cough*... I waaaanted to let you grow a little bit but ...*cough* I was found at laaaast. It's time I leave you with the system, it my life's work and make sure you keep it a secret only telling those you trustCan, understand" the man uttered with much difficulty, he didn't even wait for Victor to reply before hitting his palm on Victor's forehead with a speed that even the fastest meta cannot see.

"You have to keep it a secret, understood?"he asked with a heavy voice.

Victor just stood there nodding his head without understanding a thing the man was saying"But....

"Shhhhhh the man covers Victor's mouth with his hand before he even had the time to finish his sentence" they are here.... Listen Victor you have to remember not to let anyone know about your system and what you are, how I wished I could continue watching you grow."he used his hand to caress Victor's chick before lifting Victor all of a sudden.

The next moment Victor finds his view change and he immediately found himself  in his bedroom."what the heck....Did he just run a few kilometer within a second. This is cra......"he wasn't able to complete his sentence before freezing all of a sudden before feeling an incredible pain shooting from his forehead to his other part of the body."HAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"he shouted holding his head from the intense pain.

A red message appeared in his retina but he had no time no forcus on it because of the pain.
