five years ago.

"Good morning, my love." Kingsley DeLuca whispered, his voice husky and deeper as usual in the mornings where he'd just woken up next to his pregnant wife.

"Morning." Ava DeLuca murmured as her mouth opened to release a long and big yawn. Her eyes suddenly widened. "Kins, the baby is moving!"

Kingsley's eyes extended to the same size in surprise and excitement as his wife. His hand reached out to rest on his wife's largely mounted stomach. Indeed, true to Ava's word, the baby was pushing and he let out a content sigh, feeling his youngest's impatience to come out. He couldn't wait for this baby to come out. He had been having baby fever and he wanted to have a baby to hold in his arms already.

The newest DeLuca to come was a complete surprise and unplanned but a miracle nonetheless. Their youngest and this baby were more than ten years apart.

They had decided for the gender to be a surprise, but Kingsley knew deep down it was a boy as all of his children were boys. For years, the DeLuca family had attempted to give birth to a girl to no avail. He hoped for a girl but knew it was pointless to hope only for it to be broken. But they would love the boy, no matter what.

"Asshole!" They heard one of their sons scream from the hallway. Kingsley chuckled softly. It wouldn't be a normal DeLuca morning without any screaming.

"I'm telling mom and dad!" Screamed the one other.

Soon after, the twins, Matteo and Leo, the youngest in the household came rushing in.

"Evander's stole our console!" The thirteen years old Leo cried out angrily to his parents.

Matteo nodded to his twin brother's words with a glare. "Now he's playing with it in our room. We want him out but he refused."

Leo nodded to his twin's words and crossed his arms across his chest. Matteo followed his steps as they both looked at their parents with expectant looks.

Ava held back a laugh, seeing his youngest standing next to each other with a glare, their arms crossed across their chests. They were identical in each way possible, even their personalities aligned together.

She couldn't imagine one without the other.

"Well, good morning to you little devils, too." Ava rolled her eyes with an amused chuckle.

"I'll handle it and go downstairs to while up something. You get dressed." Kingsley kissed his beautiful wife on the lips and her rounded stomach before forcing himself out of the sheets and bed.

"If they give you hard time, let me know," Ava called out as he and the twins walked out.

They went straight to the twins' room that they shared. Fifteen years old Evander rolled his eyes as he realized his brothers had snitched on him. He was sitting on a bean bag with a console in his hand, and a tv screen in front of him.

"Evans," Kingsley said sternly. "What is this I'm hearing of - you stealing things from Matteo and Leo?"

"You encourage me to steal drugs." Evander raised his eyebrows and his mouth quirked in amusement. "And yet get pissed off when I steal a game?"

Kingsley's eyebrows raised at his son's challenge. "Fix that attitude right away or you're grounded for a month."

At his sides, the twins smirked. Evander groaned. "Fine." He said as he threw the game away and stood. "You win."

Kingsley chuckled and patted his head. "What's wrong with yours, son?" He asked referring to his own console.

"Broken," Evander grumbled.
