The younger boy woke up, gasping loudly. He held onto his sister's clothes, gasping as tears fell from his eyes.
"Oh..he-" "You're awake ?"
You turned around to look at the man. 'When did he..?'
"Go see an old man named Sakonji Urokodaki who lives at the foot of Mt. Sagiri. Tell him that Tomioka Giyuu sent the three of you."
'Three..?' Tanjiro thought before looking toward you.
You looked back at him and smiled.
He broke the eye contact and looked back to the hashira, feeling his cheeks heating up.
"She seems to be all right since it's cloudy now, but never let her be exposed to the sunlight."
The hashira disappeared in a 'woosh' leaving Tanjiro, Nezuko and you alone.
He got up, still hugging his sister close to him.
You opened your mouth to say something but you hesitated and only sighed.
Tanjiro looked back at you, not knowning what to say either.
"Do you..want to stay with me ?" He said, with reddish cheeks.
You nodded and took a step toward him.
"I would..love to."
