Jay came into Evie and Mal's room with a jersey on shouting

"Yo-ho-ho!"

Carlos looks at Jay saying

"Hey"

Jay walks over to where Mal was leaning on her bed saying

"Did your plan work with Jane? Are you going over to see the wand?"

Mal looks at Jay upset saying

"Do you think that I would be going through every single spell in this book. If I hadn't completely struck out?"

Carlos on the says

"Oh, someone's in a bad mood."

Mal looks at him saying

"My mom's counting on me! I can't let her down!" Thumping his head.

Jay looked at everyone saying

"We can do this... If we stick together."

Mal say

"And we won't go back until we do. Because we're rotten..."

They all say

"To the core"

Then Evie looks at everyone and say

"
Oh, yeah. I found out that fairy godmother blesses Ben with the wand at coronation and we all get to go. I have nothing to wear, of course."

Mal looks at her for a moment causing Evie to say

"What?"

Then there was a knock on their door as Mal looked at Evie and

"Hold that thought" as she got up from her bed and walked to the door.

She opens the door revealing Ben standing there as he say

"Hey, Mal. I didn't see you guys today. I was just wondering If you had any questions or anything... That... you needed..."

Mal looks at her friends then back at Ben saying

"Not that I know of."

Ben looks at her and say

"Okay. All right. Well, uh, If you need anything, just, uh..." As he was about to walk away.

Mal stops him and say

"Oh, wait! Um, is it true that we all get to go to your coronation?"

Ben looks at her saying

"Yeah, the whole school goes."

Mal looks at him and say

"Wow. That is beyond exciting. Do you think that It's a possibility that the four of us could stand in the front row next to the Fairy Godmother, just so we could soak up all that goodness?"

Ben looks at her with a sad smile saying

"I wish you could. Up front It's just me, my folks,my girlfriend and my best friend Indira"

Mal looks at Ben as a idea came to her head saying

"Your girlfriend and Indira?"

Ben looks at her and say

"Yeah. I'm sorry"

Then Mal smiles saying

"Okay. Thanks, bye."

Ben looks at her saying

"Oh, but, no, there's plenty of..."

He sighs as the door was closed in hus face.
