"Siddharth!!! Jaldi aa!" Kartik shouted from the dining table. Suneeta and Vibha were serving the breakfast to each and everyone.
"OH SHIT!" Siddharth gets up from the bed hearing Kartik and runs to the washroom. He bathed as fast as he could, he realized that Ahaan had called them to the office today. "Maa! Breakfast dijiye!" He came running to the dining while wearing his buttons. "Sid, grow up!" Karan said irritatedly. "Karan bhaiya, aap toh apna shoot khud decide karr sakte ho, mera kya?" Kartik smacked his forehead and he shot daggers at him. "Sid, mai nikal raha hoon. Bhai ki daant aap akele khaayiyega!"
"Hey wait!!!" No response came from Kartik's side.
Malhotra Industries, Mumbai
Everyone in the office was doing their work, no one could dare to even think anything else apart from work. Ahaan was present in the office after all, they all had to. The assistant and one employee stood outside Ahaan's cabin as he opened his phone.
Sid Bhaiya I know mai late hoon but 🎶mujhe maaf karna ohh saayi raam🎶
He smiled at Sid's antics and the assistant looked at the employee in shock. "Yeh smile bhi karte hai?"
"Han karte hai, parr sirf apne bhaiyo aur behen ke saath." The employee told casually. "Excuse me sir, aapki car aa chuki hai. Aapki next meeting kab ki schedule karni hai?" The assistant asked nervously. "Aaj ki meri meetings schedule mat karna, mujhe Mumbai se bahaar jaana hai." The assistant nodded and left the cabin.
Ahaan opened his gallery and his eyes were stuck on a picture, a girl with a cheerful smile.
"Kartik, yeh meeting schedule hai tera, and you've a meeting in 10." Kartik nodded and wore his watch. He took the file from Sid's hands and left. Sid came out to see what was going on in the office when he bumped into a girl and her phone fell down. He picked that up and was giving it to her when they both got shocked and smiled. "Avneet! What a surprise! Tum yaha kaise?"
"Hey Sid, kaise ho tum? Mai yaha intern!" Avneet said shaking her hands with him. "Oh, like how? Tumhari toh Ava Ltd. karke ek company already hai na?"
"Internship Mr. Malhotra. Expertise from Ahaan bhaiya. He asked me to join." Sid nodded. "Let's go have some coffee?"
"I've to attend a meeting. Next time pakka!" Sid nodded and they both left.
Karan reached his new show set. Before he could enter inside many paps covered him. He answered all of them politely and went inside.
"Hello Karan!" The director wished and he replied back. "Your script is right here, tum thoda read karlo, then I'll make you meet all the actors. Tumhari lead abhi final nahi hui hai, kaafi look tests chal rahe hai." Karan nodded and went to sit.

He stopped reading as he was called out. He went to the director and smiled at the cast. "Karan, here's some of the your co-stars. Ishqi, meet Karan, your brother in the story." Ishqi smiled at Karan who smiled back. "Hello, Karan."
"Hey Ishqi, I have seen your work."
"Thank you, I didn't expect you to." Ishqi said laughing and Karan laughed back too. "Arey kyu?"
"Tum toh busy-shizy hoge na! Kaafi kaam jo karte ho."
"Meri family tumhare shows bhot dekhti hai. Specially mumma." Ishqi smiled. "Karan ki mumma ki choice bahot acchi hai."
"Vo toh hai behna!" They both chuckled. Ishqi was playing the role of Alisha, Veer's sister in the story. "Ajeeb daastan hai yeh, song kitna khoobsurat hai." Ishqi said dreamily. She always wanted to have a love story of her own. "Karan?" She shook him as he was lost in his own thoughts. "Han! Han?" Ishqi smiled, "Kiske khyaalo me khoye ho? Girlfriend... hmmm!" She teased and Karan shook his head rolling his eyes. "Mai aur girlfriend, please ya!" Ishqi giggled while Karan just laughed. For the first time, he opened up with an outsider, she was truly like a sister to him.
"Tumhari family me kon kon hai Ishqi?" Karan asked casually. "Bass mai aur Ayu." He looked at her questioningly. "My parents left me when I was 10. Firr mai unke best friend, Ayush ke dad aur Ayush ke saath rahi. Kuch saalo pehle Ayush ke dad ki bhi death ho gyi. So now its me and Ayush. Ayush abhi college me hai so he's out."
"Toh tum akeli rehti ho?"
"Kyu nahi reh sakti?" Karan smiled and shook his head defensively. "Arey vaise nhi, vaise..." Ishqi giggled. "Han han, mai akeli rehti hoon. Aur ab tum batao?"
"Meri family bahot badi hai like full joint family."
"Wow, I like big families."
"They'll be very happy to see you, so meri family me mere parents hai. Meri bua ka beta, Ahaan. Hum sab ek hi family type hai, bua toh ab nahi rahi. Ahaan ki dadi jo meri bhi dadi hai ofc. Vibha bua, Ahaan ke dad ki sister, jinhe papa bhi behen maante hai. Unka beta Sid. Aur Ahaan ke chachu ke 2 bacche, Kartik aur Barkha." Ishqi made an O face in the end. "Wow, like 9 members!" Ishqi exclaimed. "Tum pata hai Sonu ki tarah ho."
"Sonu?"

"Sonu?" Karan exclaimed. "Karan, yeh toh tu bhi jaanta hai ki yeh haadsa nahi tha. Mujhe mera dil keh raha hai iss sab me kuch toh raaz hai. Sonu kuch toh chupa rahi thi." Karan S nodded. "Excuse me sir!" Monami knocked. "Yes Monami?"
"Sir, Faizi sir aur Sanjana ma'am drill par aapko bula rahe hai." Karan S nodded. "Unn dono ko bhej do, tum log apne laps complete karo, kuch important hai." Monami nodded and left. "Ahaan toh ab kya karna hai?"
"Police iss case ko band kar chuki hai, unse file open karana is a waste of time. Uss jagah kuch toh aisa hai jo nahi hona chahiye. Karan, you are the last hope." Karan S nodded affirmatively. "Ahaan bhai!" Faizi and Sanjana exclaimed and hugged Ahaan who smiled. "Kaise hogo bhai?" Sanjana asked and Ahaan just nodded.
"Faizi, tune toh uss kamre ki saari chaan been kii thi na. Tujhe bhi kuch laga tha?" Faizi understood the matter. "Nahi Karan, vo sirf ek suicide hi thi. Sonu kuch toh chupa rahi hai."
