Author's POV

The light became clear on the man which showed a adult version of naruto itself. The man with blue eyes and yellow hair, the famous yellow flash, the fourth hokage minato namikaze.

"Naruto..." the man called naruto in his warm voice. Naruto felt a warmth spreading in his whole body by hearing the soothing voice of the hokage.

"How the hokage knows my name?" he questioned.

"It is obvious.. isn't it.. I am.the one who named you.. naruto I am your father.. and kushina uzumaki is your mother."

"Father...." Naruto was full blown crying when he heard that... minato couldn't help but move forward and hug his son. Before he continue talking.. he concentrated chakra in his hands and strengthened the weakened seal that held kurama in naruto. Minato can feel the kyuubi chakra seeping into the outside of the cell and enveloping naruto. But he can also feel no hatred in them, it was a warm chakra which is helping to heal naruto.

"Guess the kyuubi is mellowing out for my son afterall.. kushina... it's a good thing we believed in him. But I can't believe what is happening to him now... I guess we failed as parents." Minato thought while transferring a lot bit of kyuubi chakra from him to naruto. Kyuubi can feel his chakra level increasing and he looked at minato in confusion. Minato just smiled while comforting his four year old kid.

Minato changed the location in the mindscape to somewhere peaceful where doesn't have to see the flared from the kyuubi and held his son some more while rubbing soothing circles on his back. Naruto finally calmed down and then he snapped at minato..

"why did you make your own the container of the nine tailed fox.. you know what I have been through.. the villagers always turns their eyes away from me or glare at me, some went lengths to harm me.. I also couldn't make any friends because apparently everyone should stay away from the demon.. why.. why did you.. why did you leave me alone. Dad...?" 

Minato can feel his heart breaking seeing his crying son who is barely five year old. He couldn't believe what happened. He thought the villagers will hail him as a hero, not as a demon whom they should stay away from. But minato is dead, so is kushina, he can't do anything about it now. The only thing he can do is comfort his kid and tell him the truth.Minato explained the whole story about the kyuubi attack and why he had to seal the kyuubi inside him and naruto. Naruto didn't now what he had to say to that. He just realised his parents gave up their life to save the village and their son, that's him. His eyes again filled with tears remembering that he was loved by both of his parents.

"Thank you for loving me..." naruto choked out.

"Sh.. my son... you are the one who made me and kushina father and mother.. thank you for being born.. we love you.. "

Naruto was happy for the first time in his life. This is the moment someone told him that they love him. He didn't know what to do...

"I guess I can finally meet you and mother in the afterlife.. " naruto said. Minato was sad and angry.. about the things naruto had to go through in his small age. He was angry at the third hokage for letting his son go through all this pain. Mainly he was angry at himself for not being able to be at his side to protect him from all the pain. He loved the village like his life, he died protecting it and now he don't know what to do anymore after knowing what the village has done to his son.
