meanwhile, after y/n and her mother returned back to their realm, they started to run through every books available to find a potion to awaken her powers 

it seems like eliza knows how to awaken it and she has not shared with anyone about it before because throughout her life, she vowed to never share the secret of awakening the powers to the elders 

well, when y/n was born, the elders told eliza about the powers she possess and that it has to beee kept a secret because they knew what was happening in the future, so they needed eliza to keep it a secret 

turns out, everything was planned from the start 

eliza being quiet about y/n when she took a picture with yoongi for the first time and her replies on him were all planned 

eliza actually wanted y/n to find the winter god so that she can be safe around him and as eliza has worked with yoongi for a long time, eliza knew that y/n being around yoongi will mean that she will be around his friends who are also gods, increasing the safety around her 

"mom... why do we have to make a potion? we're fairies, not witches who make potions" 

y/n asked, halfway into retrieving the ingredients needed for making the potion and this question struck her mind

as she has studied the types of mythical creatures like her kind, she learnt that witches make potions and casts spells which go hand in hand with fairies powers 

"mom... stop ignoring me! we can always ask griselle to help us make the potion. she knows how to make potions way better than us. remember how you told me that she specialises in making potions? we can always ask her to help us do it" 

y/n continued as. she was not getting any answers from her mother and griselle is a witch who are best friends with the people living in the fairy realm 

they have been friends for a long time and it is said that she's over a million years old although she looks like a 30 year old human 

"y/n... just listen to me on this. no one should know how to make the potions, not even griselle. we can't risk her knowing the potion and spreading it to everyone that will soon reach thanatos and he will take you away. i can't risk anything at all. for now, it's best if we keep this vital information to ourselves and not tell anyone, not even yoongi and his friends. they may be on their way, finding information but until then, we can't let anyone know about this, alright?" 

eliza tried comforting her and convincing y/n that they can't tell anyone about it 

for the next 4 days, they have been fermenting the potion, making it and in the process, y/n hoped that yoongi can soon come over and save her as she badly want to see him 

"eliza? are you home?" 

a foreign voice called out as the door started to knock 

"yes i am home nancy. what information do you have to bring today?" 

eliza shouted and flew to the door, in the meantime, telling y/n to hide all the potions they have been making before opening the door 

an unfamiliar fairy was at their door and her mother knows who that is but not her? 

'could she be a threat? she doesn't seem that nice to be honest... what if mom's going to trust the wrong person?' 

"um mom? who is she?" 

she asked her mother after hiding all of the potions and stood beside her mother, protecting her in a way so show that fairy that she should not be messing around 

"oh nice to meet you y/n! i heard that you're dating the winter god. anyways, i'm nancy, the stone fairy. i don't think we've met before and i think that this is the perfect time to get to know one another! what do you think?" 

she asked, but her eyes seem to be wandering around their house, making y/n wary and she also felt that she has something up her sleeve, considering how she mentioned about yoongi so early in the introduction 

"sorry but i'm busy at the moment. we can talk at another time, where it is not at my home. i'm sorry if i came off as rude but i don't drink tea at my home with anyone i'm unfamiliar with"

y/n snapped, possessive about yoongi as she felt that the fairy in front of her is trying to steal yoongi away once she starts to get to know him 

"um... maybe we'll talk next time. anyways, i came to deliver a news from the elders as i was visiting them just now. they told me to tell you guys that the gods have arrived and they are the water god, nature god, autumn god, summer god, the god go hell and the winter god."

"thank you for letting us know nancy. i'll go and fetch them from the elders. you can go now nancy"

eliza said and nancy smiled before flying away 

"wow i can't imagine that she's so fake" 

y/n muttered under her breath, filling her mind with many negative thought of how nancy will steal her first ever boyfriend away form her, making her more angry than she already is by seeing her face

she was fuming in anger that she did not hear her mother calling her, telling her to guard the house as she leaves to get the guys 

y/n is currently in the state where she's too and to be able to hear anything and only grumble about how she hates nancy but before she can continue grumbling, her thought went to yoongi which made her cry as she missed him a lot 

soon, she became a crying mess all over again but this time, making the entire house become an ice world
