"Just touch your forehead, child."
Dipper snapped out of his gaze, returning back to focus and confusion as the voice boomed out to him, feeling so powerful that it felt like his bones were being shook.
"Hello...?" He called out, looking around.
He felt his breath catch on his throat as he laid his eyes on a faint Axolotl, mighty and terrifying. It seemed to carry the aura of wisdom, intellect beyond what Dipper has ever felt.
He could feel the awe sleeping into him, staring wide eyes at the huge salamander. Dipper's entire body was as big as it's pupil, he being clearly nothing but a mortal to the Axolotl. He felt the need to bow down, the need to cherish this creature.
But he resisted the pull, snapping his gaze at the creature to confidence and bravery, but the all to familer glint of curiosity and childlike wonder crossing his delicate pupils.
Suddenly his birthmark glowed bright blue, as the Axolotl smiled, suddenly the space flashing colors wildly as a whirlwind of bright hues swirled together, circling around the two. Dipper gasped, looking around at the bright colors as they reflected in his brilliant eyes, flicking back and forth with intelligence. The boy oddly felt familer and safe with the giant demon, feeling the sensation of truly being in the right hands.
"Alcor Pines.... Look at me."
Dipper's eyes widened as he turned his head, the name sounding like it belonged to him, the familiarity hiding somewhere in the depths of his brain.
His eyes connected with the Axolotl's, staring into their deep black pupils, pulling him in like utterly breathtaking black holes. Their iris was something he couldn't explain in words...
It was utterly entrancing.
It opened him up to some strange stage of peace and pure awe that he couldn't explain.
He hated not knowing.
"Hidden within the depths of the soul that inhabitants you Alcor, is something powerful. I can feel it, child."
"Embrace it.."
Everything began to swirl around them faster, the Axolotl's eyes staring deeper into Dippers with unlimited meaning, a world of a new mystery for the boy to unlock perhaps...
The Axolotl began to chant in a star he Language, but oddly enough, he felt like he could understand...
"!REDNEB MAERD EHT ROCLA"
"..evirht uoy yaM"
"...revlis fo pans eht otni sevig ecnednecsnart ruoy nehW"
"..rewop fo demahsa leef ton oD"
".tieced srehto ffo deef dnA"
"...pihsdneirf fo llac eht otni eviG"
"...teef ruoy htiw ton dna ,luos ruoy htiw nuR"
"!roclA flesruoy ni tsurT"
"..tsur ekil worg ot snigeb tsurt dnA"
"...tsud ot snrut revlis nehW"
Dipper felt the words shake through his bones, his expression emotionless even though a catastrophe was going on through his mind, the poem traveling through his ears and into his core, rumbling through his body. And even though the Language sounded unfamiliar, why did he understand....
The Axolotl repeated it, and this time it was completely clear.
"When silver turns to dust..."
"And trust begins to grow like rust.."
"Trust in yourself Alcor!"
"Run with your soul, and not with your feet..."
"Give into the call of friendship..."
"And feed off others deceit."
"Do not feel ashamed of power.."
"When your transcendence gives into the snap of silver..."
"May you thrive.."
"ALCOR THE DREAM BENDER!"
He felt a searing pain shoot through his forehead, just as another crack shot through the locket that was hidden away...
As it all fades to black...
