So this book is going to be a bit back to front, meaning it probably won't make sense at all.
I'm in year 8 at the moment (age 13) and since year 6 (age11?) I've tried losing weight but I can never seem to stick to it 👎 quite recently I have been trying really hard to lose weight but I just seem to put quite a bit on. So this book is going to be my motivation 😇
