Chapter 10

Matt POV

I saw Zoey standing at her locker looking shocked and a little freaked out. I walked over to her

"Hey are you alright?" I asked

"Uh yeah I'm fine" She told me

She looked over at Bella and walked away in the girls bathroom with a tear in her eye. What did Bella do to her?

"What the hell did you say to her?!" I asked Her

"Well hello to you too Matthew" she said rolling her eyes

"Bella what did you tell her" I asked getting annoyed

"Why do you care so much if you 2 are not dating, at least that is what Zoey said" she said snobby

"Well she is just a close friend" I explained to her

"Well she is just being over dramatic, I said nothing to her, get over it Matt" she said walking away.

I saw Zoey come out of the bathroom

"Hey are you alright what did Bella say to you?" I asked

"I'm fine, really, do you want to walk me to history?" She asked giving me a fake smile.

"It would be I honor" I said laughing that made her laugh too. We walked to her history

"Thanks Matt" she said smiling at me

"Of Course" I told her

She walked into her class and smiled at me. I heard someone say my name "hey Matt" Anna said to me. She was with Taylor.

"Uh hey Anna, hey Taylor" I said to both of them

"I gotta go to class, see you at lunch babe" Taylor said while kissing her cheek.

"Bye love you" she said to him

"So Matt I did not know you were in this class" she said

"Oh I'm not I just walked Zoey here" I explained

"Oh okay, well see you later" she said walking into the history class

I ran to class because I was going to be late.

Zoey POV

I know I was being a little dramatic about Bella but it sounded like she threatened me to not hang out with Matt and I thought she was my friend. It just took me by surprise. I was interrupted by my thoughts when someone tapped me on the shoulder "Hey I did not know you were in this class" Anna said to me

"Yeah" I said while she set her stuff behind me on the desk.

"So what's the deal with you and Matt?" She asked

"Nothing were just friends" I told her

"Okay okay" she said laughing

I laughed with her "oh their is the first football game tonight, Taylor and Matt both play, so if you want to come you can" she said to me

"I would love too but I have to watch Teddy" I said

"He can stay at my house and hang out with Steven" she said

"Perfect then I would love to come" I told her

"We can get ready at my house she said

Class was so boring I already learned this last year at my school so I just sat and pretended to listen.

*Anna's House*

"I love your room" I told her. Her room was a baby blue and it was huge, she had a huge chandelier in the middle of her room and a walk in closet and a giant flat screen tv.

"Haha thanks" she said coming out of the bathroom wearing Taylor's away jersey. She picked out a school shirt for me.

I walked out of the bathroom with it on. "You look great" she said

"Thanks so do you" I said

"Since it's Friday after the game do you want to go swimming and spend the night?" She asked

"Sure I would love to" I told her

"Don't you need to ask your mom" she asked

"Well kinda, she works until 1 am so she won't mind" I told her

"Oh I know how you feel, I never see my dad he is always away for his job I don't see him until christmas" Anna told me

"I know how that feels" I said sitting on her bed

"What do you mean?" she said finishing up curling her hair

"Well my dad left my family, when I was 12 and I don't know where he is" I told her

"Aww Zoey, I'm so sorry" she said sitting next to me

"No it's fine, he was into drugs and not great things, so it was for the best" I told her

"Well this just got depressing come on I will curl your hair" she said changing the subject.

She was done curling my hair and we got in the car and drove to the game.
