Dev’s POV

I am looking at Aru to find any kind of discomfort but this boy is giving me a pure concerned face.

"I didn't know kidnappers could be so kind like you ! "

I chuckled at his confused face. He is such a cute snowball but who gave him the worst past that he is suffering from PTSD?

If I found that person, I would kill him in the worst way. "Yeah, I'm also surprised, Kiddo..."

Yes, indeed I'm surprised how this boy turned my heart so soft for him.

Not surprising though, he wrapped the dangerous mafia leader Arya around his little finger. Who wouldn't love him after seeing his innocent bunny eyes?

"Mhm... Bhaiyu....!?"

"What will... What will you do after sending me home? "

In my outburst, I couldn't notice the boy who is now sulking.

He is upset because of my words about his so-called best friend, oh god why this sad face little one?

I hate his sad look, "Don't sulk like this, I will never kill him. But for this favour, you need to accept my request?"

"I know you are still angry with Ary but please don't be like this. I know he is not like that. He is innocent"

The innocent person who you are talking about is the person who is killing thousands and thousands of people in a day for finding you. You don't know many things about him bacha.

"I am a hundred percent sure. It's some misunderstanding. We can find it after speaking with Ary.."

Dev please calm down.

He is innocent.

He is a baby.

He is sensitive.

I took another pair of deep breaths, "No need for that. I promise you over my dead sisters. I will never cross my path with that Ary but only if you accept my request. You know Nah I lost my whole family because of him. There is nothing left for me (except you) to live. I will kill him at any cost even if it costs my soul, I don't care. but"

I looked deep into his scared eyes. I'm scaring him with my words but it's only for his good.

I brushed his tears which are now flowing without his consent.

"You should live happily, it will make me feel like my sisters are living a healthy life somewhere far away from me. That hope is enough for me to live. I don't care about Ary or what he is doing. He can go to hell or something. I don’t f"; king care.."

Now he became a sobbing mess in front of me.

It's breaking my stone heart, "Why are you crying Kiddo...!?"

"You are a very good person. You deserve a family, Dev Bhaiyu... Please don't hate your life. I want to be your brother ."

My heart is melting before him but I know he will not be happy with me. I can't lose him like them.

His family is his safe place, not me or Ary.

This mafia world is not a place for a pure soul like him.

"You should accept my request or else I don't have any option other than killing Ary."

He started to shiver to listen to my words, good he will understand what I mean by that.

"Why?" His shivering voice made me hate myself for making him more fragile.

"Before you came into my life, I wanted brutal revenge from him. I wanted to torture him day by day holding the custody of his most precious person. But now everything has changed. I want you to be happy and safe. Now I changed my motive ."

He nodded obediently. He is thankful for my change of mind.

"What should I do for you Dev Bhaiyu? What is your request!?"

I'm going to request him to do something which I should have done years before to save my sister.

"You should go far away from Aryamaan...."

His face showed the worst side of sadness which made me turn away immediately.

I can't fall weak now.

"Accept my request or I will kill Ary. It's not only my request but my final decision.."

He fell behind me crying loudly.

"Don't cry, you will fall sick... "

"Bhaiyu please don't do this... I can't live without him. He is my best friend.."

"Then I will kill him..."

"No.. please..."

"You will leave from here in the evening. I am going to give you one week.. think about all the things that I have told you. After one week, it's your decision... What will you choose!?"

I came out of the room to avoid his painful cries. It's for his better life.
