Okay so, I know I'm already rewriting another fanfic—but listen! In my defense, I got heavily inspired and motivated by an amazing BL novel titled "Please Let Me Live A Lazy Life!"

And here I am, 2 weeks later with a concerning amount of doodles of my characters that I had to admit defeat and turn it into a novel. I am weak, I tell you!

And I've never bothered writing an original story bc I'm not that creative, artist or not o(-(
(mostly bc writing an original story means DRAWING the characters. listen i'm an artist first writer second, i have no self-control i MUST-)

So if you're read the summary—yes, the MC is gonna be loosely based off of Shouko Komi from the anime (if you don't know it then take the L bc i'm not elaborating you uncultured sWINE-)

But like,,, less of a self-indulgent comedy and more of an angst-filled tragedy ;DD

And yes it's gonna be a reverse(?) harem bc the genre is a guilty pleasure of mine sue me- *RUNS*

BUT! The romance will only actually start (i think-) when the MC is 16. Otherwise, it's mostly gonna be crushes and a lot, and I mean a lot of sexuality crisis bc some of the "male leads" for the MC are video game characters, straight, and young. I'd personally like to explore on that and see how I can make them slowly come to just love the MC regardless of gender (then again some might be straight-up gay and say it directly to anybody's face that'll be rlly funny to see-)

Gay panic is funny to write okay *raises hands in surrender*

Altho I'm gonna focus more on the family side first. Yknow...angst :)

And the fact that MC literally can't communicate without possibly-most-definitely passing out oop.

Just...hmm, imagine this like a normal BL webtoon/manhwa/manga or smth. That's the general like, theme-ish? But still grounded in reality bc I love angst and playing with feelings.

Wonder how the characters will react to a villain who can't even talk like a normal person due to social anxiety :D

I'm gonna make him suffer so much ahahahahaahhahahahaa-

"Aigoo, Choyoung-ah," he flinched when hearing his best friend sigh, shame filling him at the presumably disappointed tone used and hunched over himself further. "If you know you'll just freeze up trying to order drinks for us, don't force yourself too hard, okay? Let me handle it."

Choyoung lowered his head in embarrassment, feeling his face flushing too warmly and clenched on the cup of hot chocolate his friend ended up ordering for him before other customers who were lining behind him started to complain. "I-I'm sorry, noona. But I thought I could handle it." He didn't want to keep on relying on his friend to do all the talking. He was going to be a grown adult soon yet he couldn't even form a complete and coherent sentence on the phone when trying to order food!

His oldest friend back in their early high school days (and, as much as he was ashamed to admit, his personal translator when she learned how to read his indifferent mask so he didn't have to faint), Park Hyoseong, only shook her head with a fond smile, reaching up to ruffle his hair. Although she was shorter than him by half a head, she was still his noona and all he could do was pout at being treated like a child.
