I have been trying to calm Rimuru for 5 hours but he is still in a depressing state

Although I want to give him time for himself he keeps grabbing me showing that he likes it when I'm with him

“It's fine how about I evolve you so something like this won't happen again?”

I then give him all souls from that nation and he seems to be fallen asleep now

Although I want him to follow the path of dragon if this can cheer him up faster then I rather he goes to the demon's path
