Part One: Con Job

Start from the beginning

Ratchet leaned on the side of the wall, Optimus sat on a crate near me. I guess they don't wanna sit on the floor...

Too bad, they're missing out. This is a nice floor, in my opinion at least. 10/10, would sit on again.

Optimus looked in the direction of his team, I followed his gaze. Bulk was telling stories of both his old buddy and his old war unit, Miko paying close attention.

There was an odd, peaceful silence that fell over us. I was only slightly unused to it, at least in these circumstances I was. Normally the only times I or anyone around me were this quite it was during a hunt, or when every Speed stinger was sleeping, or when the Alpha called someone out, which in his pack, was rare.

Normally, his pack was loud and energetic. Yes, even the Alpha sometimes. He remembered watching little speeders running around and ruff-housing in the dirt, a group of his pack-mates quote 'Showing up the local wolf pack by howling louder and asserting dominance', a poor pack-mate who tried to wrestle with a boar, another who tried and failed to learn how to swim.

But more importantly, it was their laughter. The laughter of a truly happy pack that never seemed to stop till the moon rose again.

Laughter I might never hear again...

Eventually, the outward and peaceful silence ended. As all things should.

"Although I trust Bulkhead's word, I do not wish to put you at risk." Optimus started, talking directly to me. "I believe it would be best if you stayed out of sight for the time being, until we deem it the right time to introduce you."

I nodded, I had thought the same thing earlier. However, the reason of staying hidden was to see what Wheeljack was like from a distance before confronting them. I looked up at him, then flicked my tail towards the group, more specifically Bulkhead and Miko.

Optimus nodded, "I will notify the group of our decision. In the mean time, you and Ratchet can find a suitable place for you to stay. I trust you will reveal yourself when the time is right, no one will tell Wheeljack of your existence until you decide it is time."

I nodded again as Optimus stood up, and immediately went to tell his team of the new conditions.

I stood up as Ratchet stopped leaning on the wall, I stretched my legs before trotting off.

I already knew the perfect place to hide.

+=Meanwhile, on the Nemesis, just after the Autobot's got Wheeljack's signal=+

Soundwave stood in front of Starscream as he played the audio he recorded. His visor showed different blueprint like pictures of the Autobots, until it showed Wheeljack's and stopped on his.

"A war hero, hmm?" Starscream asked aloud, "We haven't much time. Makeshift!"

A bot made they're way into the room, their exact features couldn't be seen due to the light, all except his White eyes.

Soundwave turned to him and ejected one of his tentacles, connecting it to Makeshifts chassis, sending the bot whatever information they could get on Wheeljack.

Mechanical whirs could be heard as Makeshifts body began to change, all the while, the recording of the two Wreckers conversation played in the background.

"See you soon buddy. I'll make sure you get a proper welcome." Bulkheads voice played into the otherwise unoccupied empty room.

"I, too, know how to prepare a proper welcome." Starscream said with a sinister grin on his faceplate.

*roll tfp intro*

{Lol jk, jk. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy this little intro to Con Job.
I really don't have anything to say, except,

Why does it sound like, to me, when Wheeljack says "Sometime tomorrow" through the transmission, he sounds like Transformers Armada Hotshot.

It's ok if you don't hear it, or don't know who that is- it might just be me. :P

Welp, I got nothing else to say, have fun, take naps, and have snacks. Goodbye!}
