Faster than Light, not Faster than Time.

Reality, or a ludicrous dream?

As Equinox fell into the swirling tunnel of light it nearly blinded him. He closed his eyes as the light only got brighter and brighter, till there was no color, only pure white light.

Then he felt himself changing. It didn't hurt, but he could still tell he was changing.

He felt himself growing bigger, bigger than a Titan Speed-stinger! He felt his claws, his fangs, and his tail stinger getting sharper. He also felt his fins getting bigger, but that was less noticable to him.

Then he felt cold, not as if he were touching a Snowraith cold, as in metal cold. As in metal that had been left alone for way to long cold.

Then he felt warm again, however it felt more centered. In other words, it was more concentrated, in his chest.

Then he landed, on his side. He didn't open his eyes at first, but he could feel sand underneath him.

The instant he recognized it was sand he jumped up, fearing a Sandwraith or Sandbuster, maybe even a Whispering Death could be waiting underneath. However, as he opened his eyes, his jaw dropped.

Instead of a beach like he'd been expecting, he was met with miles and miles of sand. In the distance he could see canyon's and cliff faces, but no plants, water, or dragons in sight.

After getting used to his new surroundings he looked at himself. He saw his normal patterns, but on a large vaguely Speed-stinger like metal thing that was now him. He also noted these green glowing spots on his fins and the tip of his tail. He also guessed his eye color was still the same.

He decided the best thing to do was pick a direction and just go there. And so he did, however for now he was going at a brisk trot, he was still wary of anything trying to attack him.

|Meanwhile, on the Nemesis|

Soundwave was watching the scanners for any Autobot activity, however there was nothing.

He was going to start looking over the security feed when a large energy spike went of in the desert of Nevada. He couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was for some reason, just that it was in that state.

He alerted 'acting Lord' Starscream of the incident, since he was currently in charge of commands whilst Megatron was in recovery.

Then he went to watching the security feed, doing the things he does best.

|Meanwhile, in the Autobot base|

Ratchet was at his post searching for either Energon or Decepticon activity, which he wasn't finding. 

He was about to go and check his medical supplies and to see if everything was still in working order when a larger energy spike caused an alarm to go off. 

While he was busy trying to pinpoint where exactly it was, he could heard ped steps walking up behind him. 

He turned to the rest of Team Prime, the human children coming over to the railing of the human area.

He looked back towards the computer to make sure what he read and scanned was correct.

"It appears" he started "that an unknown energy spike, similar to that of a space bridge, has formed somewhere in the Nevada desert. However it seemed that the energy signature was at a much larger scale then that of a normal space bridge."

"Uhh.. what's a space bridge?" Miko asked from her spot on the railing.

Ratchet ignored her question. As he was now focused on a slowly moving dot on the screen.

A slow moving dot that was slowly getting faster, and faster, until it was cruising at 97 mph.

Ratchet was baffled by this, also because it's energon signal kept saying it was both not energon and that it was energon at the same time.

"It... would appear there is an energon like signal leaving the initial energy signal's sight. However, I cannot tell if it is Decepticon or Autobot, and it is now leaving the sight at a steady 97 mph." Ratchet finally finished.

"If there is the small possibility of this being an Autobot, then we must investigate. For if we could find them on our sensor's, so can Starscream and his forces." Optimus said with a calm air of authority.

Ratchet internally sighed as he readied the Ground Bridge. "I am going to bridge you about 80 miles from it's current position, in the direction it's going."

He got a lock on the coordinates he needed and fired up the ground bridge, he watched as Optimus, Bulkhead, Arcee, and Bumblebee walked through the ground bridge before he closed it.

"....Soooo, what's a space bridge Doc Bot?" Miko piped up, for once not following the Autobot's.

Ratchet sighed before he began to explain the basics of a space bridge to the children.
