Chaper 2: Getting Adopted

"Ayo Looks like I'm goin' for a swim"  Emerald sang pointing the spoon at me

"Dunk on 'em, now I'm swingin' off the rim"

"Bitch ain't comin' off the bench" she points the spoon at me again

"While I'm comin' off the court fully drenched"

"Here go some haterade, get your thirst quenched"

"Styled on 'em in this Burberry trench"

"These birds copy every word, every inch"

Then Luca comes running in and almost bumps into the wall

Snatches the spoon out of Emerald's hand

"But gang gang got the hammer and the wrench"

Then Ace comes running in after Luca

Snatches the spoon from him

"I pull up in that quarter milli off the lot"

We all shout

"Oh now she tryin' be friends like I forgot
Show off my diamonds like I'm signed by the Roc
Ain't pushin' out his babies till he buys that rock
Ayo, I been on
Bitch, you been corn
Bentley tints on, Fendi prints on"

Right when the good part was coming, Lorenzo comes in and turns off the stereo

"Why are y'all so loud, it's only a quarter after eleven"

Luca rolls his eye "Now you know I don't know what that means" he says walking over to the fridge and grabbing apple sauce Emerald walks over to grab one as well

They are both sitting at the table when Marco comes running into the kitchen

"Who is eating my apple sauce"

Luca and Emerald both down the apple sauce before he can see

"Enough I have news, someone please call down the twins please," I say walking into the kitchen followed by Lorenzo, Luca, Marco, and Emerald

Ace goes to get the other kids

For what felt like forever they come down

After everyone is downstairs

"We are going to the orphanage, I wanna welcome a new child into our family, a girl and I know what you are all thinking 'why don't I just get pregnant?' I can't have anymore so I want to adopt." I can see that they all have a look of disapproval written all over their face

Ace says "She wasn't asking, she was telling you, and if you don't like her decision then leave"

Without anybody saying anything

I walk away knowing they weren't going to support me

[30 minutes later]

After sitting alone in the garden

Lorenzo, Luca, Marco, and Emerald
