A ghoul named (l/n) (f/n) was a different kind of ghoul. Ghouls usually ate humans but she was... unique. If it was flesh, whether human or ghoul, there was no difference. To her, it was simply all nourishment for her bottomless pit of an appetite.

3rd person's pov...
"H-Hide!" It was a regular day in Anteiku. Business was as usual and two very common customers were bickering back and forth. Well, it was more like one person teasing the other, making a certain brunette half-ghoul flustered and a mischievous Hide laughing at his reaction.
"But seriously, have you heard about the hungry ghoul?" He asked seriously.
"H-huh? I've never heard of it... Why do they call it the hungry ghoul?"
"Well, the news is saying that it's always hungry no matter how much it eats. It even eats other ghouls. I heard it even wants to eat this thing called Kaneki!" Hide chuckled, trying to lighten up the tensed atmosphere.
The two redirected their attention towards the news, which was currently on the topic they had briefly discussed.
"For today's news, the so called hungry ghoul attacked three humans last night and was said that it didn't left a clue on where it has gone, so please be cautious at night," warned the news reporter.
"It sounds so terrifying..." Kaneki whispered to himself unconsciously.
"Well then, it's time for school!" Hide said as he stretched his hands in the air, an audible yawn escaping his mouth.
Kaneki realised they had already spent a couple hours in the cafe, and rose from his seat along with Hide to exit.
As they strolled out of the cozy building, Kaneki felt that something or someone was watching the both of them.
Great, now he was letting Hide get to his head.
