For your writing "A Suicide Journal" I think you should add that telling someone that you know why they're going through isn't something you should do because I've had that happen to me many times and it just doesn't help, it makes you think well who are they to tell me they know what I'm going through when they know absolutely nothing about me or why I am the way I am.
