"Y-yeah I'm okay. Are you, my coffee must have been hot. I'm sorry again." I say, still in disbelief that I just spilled my coffee all over this insanely intimidating businessman.

"Takes a bit more than a bit off coffee to hurt me, stop apologizing its alright darling. I'm Harry." The man says, putting his hand out for me to shake.

His pet name gives me butterflies but I shake it off and place my hand in his, shaking it slowly.

His hand is overwhelmingly large and is covered in callouses, my hand is swallowed by his it makes me laugh a bit.

I have always been on the small side embarrassingly enough, I was waiting for my growth spurt since I was a kid but it just never seemed to hit. The fact that I am naturally small-framed doesn't help either.

"L-Louis," I say, honestly just so shocked by this man for some reason.

"Well, it's very nice to meet you, Louis. Where are you headed to in such a hurry?" Harry asks, his voice so much softer than it was a few minutes ago, it honestly sends chills down my spine.

"School, I'm a bit late," I say checking my watch again and seeing that I am supposed to be in class in five minutes.

He frowns a bit.

"Well that's no good, can't have you getting in trouble. I would offer you a ride but I have my driver the day off. How much of your walk do you have left." He says, sounding like he cares about me, which would make no sense because I met this man less than five minutes ago.

"Uh not long," I say, lying straight through my teeth for god knows what reason.

He gives me a questioning look as he can clearly tell I am lying but he doesn't say anything thankfully.

"Can I walk you there then?" He asks.

I don't need to burden this man anymore, I have already ruined his shirt and probably just his morning in general.

"T-that's alright, I'm sure you have somewhere to be. Thank you though." I say, with a slight smile but I am honestly still embarrassed about this, and the fact that I am eye to eye with the stain on his lower chest is just reminding me.

He seems to think for a bit before hesitantly nodding.

"Alright but at least take my jacket, you are soaked." He says, taking the suit off of his shoulders.

"No no no, I could never. I would have no way to get it back to you, plus it looks like it's worth a thousand dollars" I say shaking my head.

He honestly just radiates wealth and power and to put it in simple words, I don't.

"No, I insist, especially since I know your walk is more than a few more minutes." He says, calling out my lie, making my eyes widen.

"Uh, I just uh." I try to think of what to say but he just chuckles a bit.

"Just take the jacket please." He says.

"B-but how will I get it back to you?" I ask.

"You will see me again, don't worry. But just keep it anyways." He smiles and then puts the jacket over my body.

It is large and weirdly cozy for being a suit jacket. It smells of my coffee but also fresh cinnamon and wood.

"Thank you so much. I'm sorry about your shirt, just let me know if you want me to pay for it to get cleaned. I don't have a job but I can get my brothers to give me some money and I'll pay them back." I say looking him dead in the eye so he knows I'm serious.

A smile makes its way onto his face as my words slip through my lips.

"That's very sweet of you Louis but I thought I said not to worry about it didn't I?" He taunts jokingly and I just nod.

"Well, then it's forgotten. Now I refuse to be the reason you are late for class, can I call you a car?" He asks.

"No, no that's necessary. I wanted to walk anyways." I say shaking my head.

He is being much too kind to someone who just ruined his million-dollar shirt.

"Alright, then I suppose I will see you soon little one." He says, handing me the umbrella before I can object.

And like that he is off, confidently walking into the sea of people.

I stand there for a moment just in shock, I honestly don't think anyone has ever been that nice to me, especially not someone who looks that scary.

I shake myself out of it when I realize that I am supposed to be sitting in class right now and that I still have another fifteen minutes of walking to do if I want to get there.

I start my run again, now protected from the rain.
