Like what is stated on the SUNDAE SCOOP CODES chapter located in the book club, your codes will only be valid when it comes to filling out forms.
1) How many forms are there in the book club and what are those?
There are six forms in our book club and those are:
a. Membership Form
- If you want to be part of the club.
b. Task Form
- If you wished to participate a task.
c. Feedback Form
- If you're done with your task. (This is the aftermath.)
d. Username Deals
- If you changed your username.
e. Hiatus Form
- If you want to go on a hiatus for a month only.
f. Exit Pass
- If you wished to leave the club.
2) Where are those forms?
All forms are located in the book club except for the feedback. The format for that can be seen on the next page.
3) Where should I submit those forms?
Forms are submitted on the designated comment inline. Your form will be invalid if you didn't follow the comment inline.
For the Feathers Officers
If you are one of our officers then you can join the task anytime you want. Hindi mo na din po kailangang maging member para makasali sa task just use your officers code...
