Delilah could be described as a very determined, cruel, careless and arrogant person. A person carried by hatred and the constant thought of being better than anyone else. She rather stays for herself and works alone against humanity to satisfy her thirst for death and human blood. Once you get close she may opens up to you, revealing a less cruel and careless version of herself, one that could be described as childish and likeable.
