Chapter Two

"Really? Cool, I write my own songs, they suck though."

"No, they can't be any worse than mine." Shut up, Kellin. He doesn't care about you're shitty musical abilities.

"Yeah, well thanks, I guess. So, what do you want to do for an hour? I mean, there's not a lot going on at the Fuentes house hold in the middle of day." He laughed nervously.

"Uh, I don't know, it's your house."

"Which you demanded entry." He grinned lopsidedly.

"Uh, you didn't have to let me in, you know."

"I was kidding, Kellin. You know, a joke?" He lightly shoves my shoulder. "Anyways, what bands are you into?"

"Uhm, Blink-182, Green Day, The Ramones, The Doors, Nirvana, pretty much everything."

"Me too! What's you favorite Blink song?"

"I Miss You." I blurted without hesitation.

"That ones cool, I like The Nightmare Before Christmas, even if that makes me seem girly. My favorite is probably Violence." I nod, it's a good song.

"Wait, listen to this." He walks over to his computer. "Tell me what you thing." He presses a key and a song starts playing.

She sits up high

The music cut off.

"That was awesome! Who's that by?" He looked down.

"It's by my band, we don't really have a name, but the song is called Hold On Till May." Wow.

"Wow, you guys are fucking talented." He smiled.

"Thanks, we just screw around though. You said you sing?" Fuck.

"Uh, not really. You know, uh, in the shower?" He laughed.

"Come on, Kell, sing something. I played you one of my songs, be fair!"

"I did not ask you to play it though."

"So? I did anyways, you have to sing now." I sigh.
