"Yours is just so much more interesting!" she said, her voice filled with pride and excitement as she was practically holding herself back from jumping out of the saddle. "It feels like yours is such more of a taboo as he is your 'enemy' and with all the chemistry."

"You're kidding me," I said, seeing her grin widening at my expression. "It's true, and you know it," she said. "Plus, everythings fine with me, nothing as detailed as yours."

I couldn't help but laugh at her commentary as she chimed in, both of us laughing for a bit as we headed down past Fernids.

"You do miss him though don't you?" She asked through short breaths, trying to stop her laughter.

I nodded. "Honestly the Circus feels so different when he's gone. I didn't realise how much I'd miss him until now, or should I say how much I'd miss my 'enemy'."

She beamed. "That's understandable. Plus, I'm sure you're missing some other things he does."

I lightly smacked her left shoulder, my face redding as she started laughing again, my phone vibrating in my pocket as I reached to get it, reading the text I had been sent.

"Shit," I snapped, re-reading the text from Justin as I put my phone back and gathered my reins. "I have to go."

"Another someone needing you for help around Jorvik?" Maya asked.

I shook my head. "No, it's the summer camp. I have to teach three riding lessons to kids and one of them is starting now."

Maya watched me as I stopped, turning Blaze around. I gave her one last look over my shoulder as I asked for the trot and worked into canter, getting into my two-point and pressing my legs against him as I asked for more speed.

"I'll meet you around the stables later!" Maya called out from behind me. "If Ydris returns, you're sparing me a phone call!"

I grinned at her comment as I nodded, hoping she could see from where she was. I then felt Blaze speed up beneath me, now galloping down the path that led us through Jaspers Farm and down the hill, making me steadying him up as others riders moved to the side suddenly, giving me dirty looks as I yelled out an apologie as we continued down, Moorland Stables coming into sight. I pushed on, really asking Blaze for a faster gallop even though I knew well enough that it was unsafe to do so in such crowded paths, my mind racing on what Justin was going to say.

I had been a volunteer at the Moorland Summer camp since the start of summer which included helping kids tack up, go on trails, and setting up lessons. I now had been moved up to not only a volunteer, but also teaching them lessons too, along with training and riding some of their school horses in the early morning; meaning that I was up at sunrise and down at near midnight or sunset. It was a lot to balance with my own private riding, but I got some extra lessons and quality time with Blaze whenever I had the chance. It gave me something to do when Ydris wasn't here and now that the Druids had calmed down, theyre wasn't that much to do regarding circumstances as there wouldn't be another festival until mid August.

Once I was entering the stable grounds, I pulled Blaze to a trot and then a walk, now manoeuvring my way around clusters of people and horses, sweat starting to linger from the heat. Through many calls of "horse coming" and "excuse me", I managed to get my way down, halting Blaze and flinging myself out of the saddle, glad this once that he was a pony and not a horse.

"There you are!" I heard a familiar voice call out. "It's been ten minutes and your late."

I turned, seeing Justin working his way other to me, that same look to him which he's had for the past month. He had that same work loaded, sun beaten tired look to him, his face and shirt showing clear signs he had been working hard.
