-They're red? - She asks

Alice shakes her head smiling.

-They're blue.

Juliette smiles, being a bit more calm.

-The trick is to not move too fast. - Carlisle says giving her half a smile

-Try to sit and cross your legs. - Esme encourages

Juliette nods slowly and stands up to look at a personal couch that's on the other side of the living room. She tries to take a step forward but she's already sitting on the couch and it hits the wall, scaring everyone.

-I think you could go a bit slower, it wasn't so difficult when Eleazar bit you.

-But I was still human at that point.

-Maybe a tad slower. - Esme says smiling while Carlisle makes a gesture with his fingers

-And blink three times per minute. - Juliette frowns and does what Alice asks.

-Not so much, it looks like you have chili in your eyes.

-Thanks for the support.

-Just like that. - Alice says smiling amused

-You look like a cartoon. - Jacob says amused

Juliette encloses her eyes and freezes his mouth.

-That's better. - She says amused, making everyone laugh

Juliette defrosts Jacob's mouth before looking at Carlisle.

-Hold your breath, you'll control your thirst. - She bites her lower lip and nods.

-But move your shoulders so that it looks like you're breathing. - Edward tells his wife

Juliette makes what they ask, trying to remember everything.

-And don't sit so straight, humans don't do that. - Rosalie says with half a smile

Juliette tries to make a little hunchback but gets straight back, feeling uncomfortable.

-Alright, blink, breathing, go slowly and a small hunchback. - She says quickly, making everyone smile

The vampires get alert by hearing how a car stops in front of the house along with some footsteps. Juliette looks at her husband who nods, giving her confidence.

-Good luck. - Esme whispers before exiting the living room along with Rosalie, Alice Carlisle and Jacob

Carlisle opens the door to Charlie and Jolie who greet him kindly.

-Hi, Carlisle. - Jolie says having a hand interlocked with Charlie's

-Where's Juliette? - Charlie asks, still having Juliette in his mind

Carlisle makes a gesture with his head before letting them enter the house. He guides them through it until arriving at the living room where Edward, Seth and Juliette are. When they're there, Edward takes his wife's waist, looking at her parents. He looks at her for a few seconds before standing up, leaving her alone.

-Juliette? - Charlie asks confused by seeing the blonde girl's different silver-blonde hair strands

-Hi, dad. - She whispers with a smile on her face

-Are you okay? - He asks, looking at her worried

-I'm okay, never better. - Juliette assures, calming him down a little
