Chapter 4: Get-Together Or Maybe Not?

Hikari POV:

"Huh?"

"Don't "huh?" me, Hikari!" Himari exclaimed "You're coming with me whether you like it or not!"

"Alright~ Alright~" I sighed "I'll come with you on one condition!"

"Fine~ You can hide in my shadow for the time being" Himari sighed

"Good! Then let's go! I smell rain coming" I said and then I transformed into my other animal form

"Wahhh!!!!!!!!! Hikari, please don't hide in my shadow let me hold you please~" Himari said with a pouting face + puppy eyes + sparkling eyes

"No" I deadpanned and jumped on her shadow and I heard Himari crying in the process while whining and saying 'Nooooooo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~'

Himari POV:

I huffed when Hikari didn't want me to hold her and just jumped in my shadow, I sighed and then headed to where the "Servamp get-together" will be...

I arrived their just in time before the rain came, and by the way it was after school...When I got there I sat down at a table and by that I meant a table just away from the Servamp of Wrath and Servamp of Gluttony, whom I both saw after entering the place where the meeting could be, and the location was a Family Restaurant

'I see. So Wrath and Gluttony are here, huh?' I heard Hikari said telepathically

'Don't want to say hello?' I asked

'....There's no reason to...'

I know she wants to say "Hi" or "Hello" to them, but just what is stopping her from doing it? After an hour or so, I saw Mahiru and Lily coming inside the restaurant and, Gluttony immediately went to them while also yelling to where, Sloth or also known as Sleepy Ash have been for the last few hundred years

I never met any of the other Servamps except for Envy aka Jeje and Lust aka Lily, personally I mean

Gluttony started to shake Sloth back and forth while yelling at the same time, I had a feeling my eardrums will blow so I just put on my headphones. I pretended to be on my phone while listening to music but the truth was that I was watching them through my phone screen...And by the looks of it they weren't discussing something about Tsubaki, more like they were only arguing or telling each other about what they've been doing for the past hundred years, however something caught my guard off when I felt Hikari jumping out of my shadow and it was like time-stopped because next thing I knew she was already infront of me

When did she have time to wear colored contact lenses???

And it felt like time resumed and I put my headphones down, resting them on my neck and I heard Wrath say, "But Tsubaki's subclasses...Can keep their human form, even under sunlight...That's what I heard..."

"It's probably true" Lily said while looking away from Wrath "I was actually attacked by Tsubaki's subclass during the day"

"Who are you talking to?" Mahiru said

"They have overcome vampires' only weakness, sunlight, and can blend in normally with humans. It also seems that it's not Tsubaki who has a high level of fighting skill, they all do too"

What!?

 I looked at Hikari and her eyes were dead serious, which I never saw before...

"On the other hand we are completely peaceful. Can someone do something about it...?" I sweatdrop at the words of the eldest Servamp

Why do I have thoughts that THIS team will be HOPELESS??!!!

"Ho~ So the 8th Servamp is slowly making his move, huh?" Hikari smirked

"You're not gonna join them?" I asked

"I'll follow what my Eve does" she shrugged and then she dispersed in my shadow once again. I sighed and then my phone rang and it was a message from Dad? 

[Himari, come home ASAP!]

I took one last glance at the table where Mahiru and the others were and then I stood up from my seat and headed out. As I went out the exit, I walked and walked until I turned at an alley

"Come out!" I said in a cold tone and then about 5 people, no, vampires, came out from the shadows

"Hm~ So Melancholy decided to attack us now, huh?" I smirked "Hikari"

She appeared and then I pulled my sleeve and she bit on it, the all too familiar galaxy colored chain appeared, "Now then let the bloodbath begin" I smiled while letting out a slightly evil and dark chuckle

3rd POV:

Somewhere on top of a building, a figure was watching Himari and Hikari defeat the 5 Vampires in just mere 5 seconds...

"HAHAHAHAHAHA" he laughed "How uninteresting~" he said then tears flowed down his cheek

"Gomennasai, minna(I'm sorry, everyone)" he mumbled while disappearing from the shadows

Hikari looked up the building where the figure was standing seconds ago, "Hikari? What's wrong?" Her Eve asked

"Nothing" Hikari said 'For a second, I smelled Tsubaki' she thought

"Hikari" Himari said

"Yes, m'lady!" Hikari answered while looking at her Eve expression and then to the fallen vampires or subclasses, she smiled already knowing what to do

"Hikari, I wish for these fallen subclasses to be reincarnated as humans once again, their previous lives forgotten forever and a new identity for the 5 of them and t and heir happiness as well"

"As you wish, m'lady" And with a snap of her fingers, a bright yellow light appeared and disappeared in seconds. Petals of different flowers fell down and 5 petals landed on the 5 fallen subclasses. In a matter of a minute, their dead bodies disappeared

"Thank you, Hikari" Himari said while looking at the night sky

"Your wish is my command. Now let's head home as your father is already maybe panicking at the Akatsuki household" Hikari said

"Yeah" Himari nodded
