Announcement [4/3/22]

Hello everyone! It's been a month or so since our last announcement, so we thought we'd update you again. We understand how frustrating it can be to be left in the dark.

So yes, these awards have gone on much longer than expected. As we've said before, one admin did have leave, so that makes two of us doing all of this work. And we both have other priorities, on and off Wattpad. That doesn't mean we won't get around to it immediately; it just means it might take some time. No one expected this, honestly, and we weren't prepared for it. For me personally, this time of year is easily my busiest, which is why I just now published the short story results and still haven't gotten around to sending fan fiction or fantasy results (don't worry, they're coming!). We really appreciate your patience. 

With short story completed, that leaves two genres left: romance and chicklit. Our wonderful romance judge is still working hard on those results, but we don't have a judge at all for chicklit. And we won't give out prizes until all genres are completed, so the sooner we find a judge, the better. We really need you to help out if you can, please. Please PM if interested. If no one does within the next few hours, we will put it on our message board as well.

So that's the update! Fantasy and fanfiction results are coming soon—I'm really going to try to send them today if I can, I promise—short story will be sent ASAP as well, romance is still getting judged, and we need a judge for chicklit. 

We want to emphasize how appreciative we are for your patience. We know many of you have been messaging us or have simply forgot about these awards, which is completely understandable, which is all the more reason why we need your help in completing them ASAP.
