"Where's kuya?" I couldn't hide the irritation in my voice.

"I'm not talking to you," I growled as I rolled my eyes.

"Heather Yeranie, that's not a good manner. Yuan is talking to you nicely." pangaral ni Mama sa'kin.

Palihim akong napairap nang makita ang ngisi ni Yuan. Mukha kang aso.

"Ako na po ang maghahatid kay Heya." prisinta ng hayop kay Mama. Napangiti si Mama at tumingin nang malamlam kay Miguel Yuan.

"'Wag na, pupunta si Maya dito... ano.." nag-iisip ako ng palusot para lang malayuan 'tong peste na 'to. He raised his left brow, waiting for my reason. "Pupunta kami ng mall."

"You freak! Bakit ba kasi pabida ka?! Argh, gago!" I throw my pillow in his face. Umalis si Mama at si Manang Yoleng na lang ang makasama ko bukod sa anay na nasa harap ko.

"Si Tita ang nagsabi na mas okay kung kasama ako." he sighed but there's a ghost of grin on his face.

"You know what? Just get out of my room.." I grimaced.

"Heya, you cannot always throw your hate on me. We're friends."

"Maya, please! I really need your help.." I almost pleaded! I can't really stand that guy. Mukha siyang kuto!

I took my phone and compose a message for my brother.

bro, get your ass here now. i hate your pet named yuan for god's sake.

Bro Hellion:

I'm on my way, Lil sis. Traffic. Please be good to Yuan, he's our friend.

I groaned as I read his message. Friend? I'd rather die.

I drift off to slumber of sleep because of annoyance. Nagising lang ako nang may kumatok sa kwarto.
