Shaka is reborned to Leaf Village, and he has lost his memory from his past life for good. He hasn't lost any of of his powers, and his personality is quite same with small differences though. (you'll find out as story progresses.)
Due to this, he has been orphan and been avoided since he can remember. Because his cold demeanor, and his incredible powers, he is considered as well as closest man to God. And he is feared same way people feared first Naruto and Gaara.
