"Hey, hey guys! Look at that! Over there in the distance..something shiny!.." ben said, leaving me with darius to go look at whatever it was.
"I see it!" Yaz said.
"Looks like the sun is glinting off some sort of..metal thingy?.." sammy said.
"Something metal could mean someone had to make it..we gotta go check it out.." ben said.
"Or its metal ore, metal itself isnt handmade its collected and melted and all that other stuff.." i said, putting my free hand on my hip.
"Plus, hang on, you wanna go walking across a blazing hot desert just because you saw something shiny?" Kenji asked.
"We have no idea whats out there.." darius added.
"Oh, my sweet frightened children..so, we're not in 'costa rica'..and we dont know 'where we are'..and we have 'no hope'.." ben said, doing air quotes, everyone looked at him weirdly.
"We didnt know how we we're gonna survive on nublar and yet, we did..by sheer will, determination, and teamwork..there arent even dinosaurs here! So logically, this should be easier..so, lets go out there and, you know, survive!" Ben finished his little speech.
"Why not.." yaz said, walking off down the hill.
"We can atleast try.." sammy said, following after yaz.
Brooklynn and kenji followed after them too, ben jumped off his rock with a sad look.
"Good speech, ben.." i said, wrapping my arm around his shoulder so him and darius could help me walk down the hill.

"This place is weird..its like another planet or something..oh, maybe we were abducted by aliens.." kenji said.
"Heh, because that makes perfect sense.." brooklynn said, pushing him away with her hand.
"No, that...that..no, that'd be dumb..its dumb..nevermind..what? No, you shut up.." kenji stuttered.
"Cause dinosaurs werent enough..now we're washed upon some deserted island.." yaz said.
"Well, at least its a nice day?" Ben said.
"At least, there arent any mosquitoes here.." sammy said.
"Yeah..at least, we're not being tortured for eternity by vampires!" Yas said.
"Oh, i got one! At least, its like the beach..but with no ocean.." kenji said.
"Oh, thats a good one!" Sammy said.
"Eh, needs more vampires.." yaz said.
"At least, we havent stepped on a rattlesnake or scorpion! Yet.." i said.
