You're the wildflower that rises in the valley
The spectacle of every passerby's camera
Grande in beauty
The dale's your reign
Where they pass to spot you behind a lens
But do they see your story?
Buried, shriveled, and small
From depths of darkness, you rose
Into a gem that never feared the night
You're the sight of beauty that blooms at midnight
A delicate wonder that withstands a blizzard
You, winter flower, are more than a photo
They don't know
All there is to know
When you stay long enough
With no obtrusions
