Abhira - Collection Of One Shorts

Its been grand wedding of abhira. Akshu is sleeping peacefully on abhi's arm as the previous day marked as the day of their union.
Akshu looks at abhi who is sleeping peacefully hugging her. Akshu adores how good looking abhi is and smiles at him.
She gets up and was about to leave.. abhi pulls her.
Abhi: Kaha ja rahi ho? Math jao na.. please.
( Where are you going? Please don't go)

Akshu: jaana toh padhega sab hamara wait kar rahe honge..
( I have to go... everyone must be waiting)
While saying that her she looks at the clock.

Akshu: oh no. 
Abhi: kya hua?
( What happend?)

Akshu : nau baj gaye.  Chodo mujhe
( It's already 9'O clock.  Now leave me please )
She pushes him and rushes to the bathroom.

Abhi: akshu yar.. he sleeps holding a pillow 

Akshu comes out wearing a saree starts getting dressed to go down..

Abhi walks towards her with a smile on his face. She was about to put sindhoor.

Abhi : main kardun..
( May I? )

Akshu smiles and nods..

He takes sindhoor and fills her Maang.

He hugs her from behind.
Abhi: kya hai aaj jo tum mujhe chodkar ja rahi ho?
(What's so special today that you are leaving me?)

Akshu: aaj pehli rasoi hai.. Main bahuth zyada nervous hun.. agar meri wajah se sab bigad gaya toh..
( today is the ritual in which daughter in law cooks for the first time. I am so nervous.. what if I ruin this ritual)

Abhi: akshu.  Calm down..he turns her towards himself.. he cups her face

Abhi: main jantha hun you will do well..
(I know that you will do well)

Akshu : I hope so.. lekin main kuch zyada hi nervous hun..
( I hope so.. but I am really nervous)

Abhi: don't  worry i trust you..

Akshu hugs him..
Akshu: chalo bye.. and kisses his cheeks and runs towards kitchen..
Abhi smiles at her holding his cheeks.

Akshu: hey kahnaji.. sab sambhalena.. please..
( Hey.. kanhaji.. please ensure that everything goes smooth)

She goes down manjari smiles at her.

Manjari: akshu.. agayi tum nervous ho?
( Akshu.. finally you are here.. are you nervous?)

Akshu: kaafi zyada
( a lot nervous)

Manjari: don't  worry.. sab ke sath hotha hai but you don't  worry main hun na..
( Don't  worry.. everyone will go through this.. but you need not worry.. i am there for you)

Akshu: thank you maa..
She hugs her tightly   and manjari pats her head and smiles..

Manjari takes her to kitchen.

Manjari : kya banaogi aaj?
( What are you planning to cook? )

Akshu: patha nahi.. kya pasand hai sabko?
( i really don't  know.. what do they like? )
Akshu's  tension can be seen on her face.
Manjari: may be sooji ka halwa bana do
( may be you can make some sooji ka halwa?)

Akshu: haan i can make that..
Her face glows by hearing that as that's  easiest thing for her.

She starts roasting sooji and she sees abhi standing infront of her.

Abhi: kuch madath chahiye?
( do you need any help?)

Akshu: nahi i can manage and smiles..
( no i can manage)

Manjari: abhi jaa yaha se. Usse halwe par dhyan dene de..
( abhi please go from here.. let her focus on her halwa)

He goes and sits on the dining table.. he is very excited for the first dish which akshu will prepare for his family..

Akshu finishes her halwa and entire birla mansion can smell that. Everyone comes down after inhaling the smell of her dish.

Harsh: bahuth acchi kushboo arahi hai kya pak raha hai..
( it's smelling so nice what's  cooking in the kitchen)

Manjari: woh akshu ka pehla rasoi hai usne halwa banaya hai.. aap lenge
( that today is akshu's ritual of making first dish in her in laws.. and she made a halwa today.. shall i serve you ? )

Harsh: no i am busy..

Harsh was about to leave.. akshu stands infront of him holding a bowl of halwa.

Akshu: aaj thak maine kabhi apne papa se nahi mili.. kya aap mere papa ke badhle isse chakenge please..
( I have never met my dad till now.will you have it by standing in my father's position)

Abhi smiles hearing this..

Everyone gathers around table harsh too joins them..

Akshu serves everyone happily.. and every praises akshu..
Neil: bhabhi its too good..
Akshu smiles..

Mahima : haan akshara this is really good.. i really liked it..
Anand :yes actually..

Shefali: akshara mujhe bhi sikha dogi recipie.please. 
( akshara can you please teach me the recipie)

Akshu nods and smiles..

Manjari: akshara.. sach main acchi bani hai..
( akshara.. its really good)

Even though harsh does not praise her much he ensures to eat three bowl without any one noticing it.
Abhi starts walking silently towards her and stands next to her .

Abhi: maine kaha tha na sab sahi hoga..
( I told you na..everything will be alright)
Abhi feeds her from his bowl..
Akshu smiles..

Abhi: uske liye mujhe baksheesh chahiye room main..
( i need bakshessh for that in the room)

Akshu hits his legs with hers and abhi smiles and cries together. Akshu smiles looking at him..

Everyone gifts her something for her rasoi. Harsh eating three bowls itself was a big gift for her.
Akshu takes all the gifts and asks abhi to hold and smiles at him.
