"Look at me.. I am a fashion blunder!" pagrereklamo ni Freya sa akin
"Bakit? San ka ba pupunta?" tanong ko naman
Nagpakawala muna siya ng isang napakalalim na buntong hininga bago siya tuluyang nagsalita "I have a date with Caleb"
"You say that like it's a bad thing" -me
"It's a lunch date" -Freya
"So?" -me
"So? It's not a good sign! Lunch is a cheap imitation of dinner, and you know.. we kissed yesterday, we should be on dinner or candlelight by now" sabi ni Freya
"Well you should-- Awww! " napasigaw ako dahil sa sakit ng ngipin ko
"I can't believe you haven't taken care of that tooth" -Freya
"Well I have a dentist appointment and it is 30 minutes from now so I gotta go" sabi ko
"Good.. I hate to see you so miserable" sabi nya
"Thank you :) "

On the way na ko papunta sa dentist ng biglang nag red light.. Edi itinigil ko muna ang kotse ko.. May dumaan na bus sa harapan ko at may nakasulat na 'SAVE THE INNOCENT' at nung nag green light na, itinuro naman ako nung traffic enforcer sa may kanan ko.. "That way" daw.. Pumunta naman ako dun sa tinuro ni kuya traffic enforcer kahit sa may kaliwa yung daan papunta sa dentist ko
Tinawagan ko si Freya
"Hello?"
"Hey did you uhhh cast any give-me-a-sign spell lately?"
"No. Why?"
"I don't know.. It seems like somebody is dropping signs right in front of me.. LITERALLY"
"Devina, you need to ignore the signs and get yourself into a dentist"
"Yah, I know.. "
Nung nag red light ulit, napatigil ako ng saglit sa pagsasalita ko
"Uhh hello? Devina?"
"Uhhh, I-I'll call you back" tapos in-end call ko na
Tumingin-tingin ako sa paligid at nakakita ako ng isang abandoned building kung saan may karatulang pagkalaki-laki na -FINAL STOP- ang nakasulat.. Ipinark ko sa tapat nung building na yon yung car ko at bumaba
"Please tell me you're not with the social services" bungad sakin nung lalaking naka hard hat
"Uhh I-I'm not. Why?"
"He won't come out of his loft up there and we will start the demolition.. TODAY"
"Someone still lives here?"
"Well if you can call it that. The poor guy hasn't stepped out of this building for 4 years" pagkasabi niya non, umalis na siya
Pumasok naman ako sa loob ng building dahil baka siya yung tinutukoy na innocent nung signs na nakita ko
