Ava was at the cafe lobby trying to get breakfast for herself and Angelina. It was a bright beautiful sunny day. Ava wants to do something with Angelina later today.
But Angelina has been busy these days
Ava doesn't seem to know why
All she knows is that Angelina has been trying to catch that person who broke in her office.
I mean isn't that the detective job?
Ava grabbed two coffees and went up to Angelina floor. She knocked twice and went in to her office when she didn't see Angelina
Ava shrugged and thought she's probably at the restroom
Ava placed the coffee on a table and went to sit on the couch
Minutes later Angelina still hasn't come back yet.
"I told you no! I'm not going anywhere without her!" Ava heard her voice outside of her door and suddenly the door burst opened
"Babe" Angelina came up to Ava and hugged her gently
Ava saw cops and the detective again
"Babe why are they always here no offense" Ava looked at them "I'm sorry it's just complicated right now. I'll explain everything later" Angelina rest her forehead on hers
"Ms Jolie we have to go"
"Again? I got you coffee" Ava said and Angelina squeezed her hands. Angelina smiled at Ava and kissed her gently
"I'll be back shortly okay" Angelina whispered
"Okay" Ava pouted
"I'll be back" Angelina kissed Ava forehead and left
Angelina sighs hating what she is feeling right now. This morning Angelina got threaten. So Angelina has to leave Ava for her safety. Angelina is going to one of her safety house. Away from Ava until this situation clears up
She hates that she's leaving Ava
But for her safety she will do everything
She already misses her. She just wants to cuddle and give her kisses all day.
"Ms we arrived" Her driver said and Angelina walked to the house where she continue working with the detectives to catch this suspect
It's been almost an hour till Angelina left and all day so far she's been texting Ava to make sure she's okay.
"Ms Jolie May I see the message you received this morning?"
Angelina gave the letter to the detective and she watched him stare at it. "Is everything okay?" Angelina asked
"I find it strange..."
"About?" Angelina asked
"If the suspect really wanted you, then they would already do something by now"
"Boss!" One of the detective ran into the room
"What is it boy"
"There's a hostage situation at Ms Jolie building!"
"What!" Angelina screamed
"Aren't they here for me though?" Angelina asked herself
"Unless that message was a distraction" Angelina said
"It was a distraction to get yourself out of the building so they have the perfect chance to attack" The detective said
"Ava" Angelina heart dropped
Angelina ran to the door and out of the house. She grabbed a gun and start up her car. She didn't know how fast she was going until she ran passed the red light
She called Ava but she wasn't picking up
Angelina has never felt this way before. Worried and scared for someone.
Her whole life was in that building
