As He turns into the Rider as both Take off as Izumi and the Other come out and see them both leave

As we see Carter and Izuku riding down the street as others see them and are not scared as they just smile as Carter looks at Izuku as the continue to ride all day until Night as we see them stop in a Wasteland as Carter turns back to normal as Izuku does the same

Carter: This is where I made the deal to be the Rider, Fitting place for me to end my last ride

Izuku: Thank you

Carter: No Kid Thank you, You gave me one last ride and now my Soul can be at peace

As Izuku looks at Carter as he disappears as Izuku looks up and smiles

Izuku: Rest in Peace Carter Slade

As Izuku turns back into the Rider and takes off as a Sound of a Horse is heard in the dead of Night
