Prologue

Twenty years ago...

you wandered along many days, just a little girl who had lost her parents, you parted through the wet grasslands as the rain poured down, your kimono and hair were soaked, barefoot you trudged on running as you then saw something in the distance, It was the city of Inazuma you'd heard about before, you stopped drawing breath into your little lungs, you wiped your face as your tears mixed with the rain, starting to run again but then you tripped Into a puddle, hearing a rustling from nearby a hilichurl emerged from the grass, you screamed scrambling to run away 

the monster lurched heading in your direction, you ran but then it latched onto your leg, tumbling to the ground again you screamed trying to kick It away, just then you heard a crack of thunder tear through the sky, the hilichurl was torn away from you, you turned looking in awe as a woman wielding a sword with purple hair fought the monster, making quick work of It as another three entered the vicinity, looking through wet grass your eyes widened 

the woman leapt up rotating her sword, she struck down one hilichurl, she called upon purple lightning, that struck down obliterating the other two, you ducked down as you trembled, then hearing footsteps coming closer you peeked through your fingers, looking up to see the woman her purple braid bellowed in the wind along with her kimono sleeves, she walked closer kneeling to your level, reaching out with her hand, you shrunk back a little bit 

she gave a gentle smile "there's nothing to fear, you're safe now"

she reached out brushing the wet hair from your face "What're you doing out here, while the storm is raging you should be Indoors, little one"

"I...I...my mommy and daddy...they're...gone"

the woman furrowed her brows "What happened"

you sniffled "they told me to run away...bad men were coming"

the woman nodded, she then looked back up to the sky, the rain continued to pour down, she then looked down in surprise seeing you start to sob, she then thought for a moment before she did the best thing she could think of, she wrapped her arms around you, rubbing your back 

"Tell me, little one, why were the bad men coming"

you sniffled "when my daddy didn't give gold stuff...they hurt him, and mommy told me to run away so they couldn't get me..."

the woman the understood putting It together, it sounded like your parents were debt, so when the thug collectors returned to get the Mora, your father didn't have It, so they'd told you to run away as to keep you safe from their wrath as they were coming to Inflict punishment, she let out a long sigh she truly felt pity and sadness for you, she then thought long and hard 

she wiped your wet face "you don't have to fear...I shall keep you safe from now on, tell me what Is your name"

then woman then stood up, holding out her arms "Come"

you raised your arms as she picked you up, before she wiped your wet face once again, she smiled down at you before starting to walk, although little you felt you could trust her, you rested your head on her shoulder, but just then she channeled her Electro Vision, her eyes glowed before you both vanished from the grassy field, a thunderclap sounded as you reappeared in front of a palace, you looked all around at your surroundings, she walked with you through the entrance gates, two guards stood straight with a bow as she passed

"Almighty Shogun welcome back!"

she then started up the stairs, you looked up at the palace It was so pretty but also somehow scary at the same time, she walked up the three sets of stairs, the guards at the grand doors bowed before pushing them open, she entered the palace taking you to her study
