PART 14

Recap-
Karan and his team go to the mission.
The mission is successful but karan gets serious injuries.
Monami breaks down on knowing that he may go in coma if he does not recover within some time.

Monami enters his room and watches him.
She holds his hand and starts crying.

Monami- Karan shergill, tumne kaha tha na tum sahi salamat laut ke aaoge. Yeh kya hai fir. Tum toh kabhi jhooth nhi bolte na.

Monami- Karan, please uth jao. Mere liye nhi baby ke liye sahi. Please karan. Maine ek baar apni maa ko khoya abb mai tumhe nhi khola chahti karan. Tum jante ho apnoko khone ka dard. Kaa...rraa....nn..

Sid enters the room with food for monami and sees her breaking down.

Sid- monu, maine tujhse wada kiya haina karan ko kuch nhi hoga?

Monami- wada toh usne bhi kiya tha na sid, ki voh sahi salamat vaps aayega.

Sid- monu, tu bhi janti hai tune ek commando ko chunna hai. Infact tu hi nhi maine bhi ek commando ko apna life partner chuna hai. Aur hum bhi jald commandos banne wale hai. Tu agar aise react karegi toh kaise chalega? Hum mese koi na koi toh desh ke liye shaheed hoga hi, tu aise rote rahegi? Tu kehti haina sabko ki tujhe Teri mom pe proud hai voh shaheed hue the isliye pr tu kya sachi proud karti hai ya defeated feel karti hai? Monu mai tujhe change hone ko nhi keh rha but agar tera sapna hai commando baaneka toh tujhe thoda dimag se bhi sochna hoga sirf Dil se nhi soch sakte.

Monu was still crying though she knew that she had to become stronger since all of them had constant risks on their lives.

Sid- monu ajj Karan, kal mai. Yeh hota rahega. Hume strong banna hai monu. And I know you can do it cause u r a fighter.

Monami- you are right sid. I have to be strong. I have to be strong.

Sid- yeh le abb tu yeh kha. Dupair se kuch nhi khaya hai tune.

Monami- tu academy gaya tha?

Sid nods.

Monami- ustaadji ne bacchon ko chhoda unke ghar?

Sid- nahi kuch bacche hai 2-3 chale gaye pr baaki ke abhi academy mai hi hai.

Monami- thik hai. Mai bhejti hu unhe ghar.

She stopped crying and went to the temple before going back to the academy. She silently wept while praying to God.

She reached the academy and acted like nothing happened in front of other cadets. She helped the kids, sent them back home, like a brave commando would do. She tried to be as strong as she could be.
Meanwhile hearing about karan, bhabhi returns from Dubai.

She runs towards the academy in search of Faizi, But finds monami instead.

Bhabhi- monami, monami karan kaha hai? Konse hospital mai hai??

Monami- bhabhi aap shaant ho jaiye. Karan ko yahi paas waale XYZ hospital mai admit Kiya hai .

Bhabhi- Dr ne kya kaha, voh thik toh ho jayega na?

Monami- Dr ne kaha hai ki agar kal tak karan recover nhi hua toh voh coma mai jaa sakta hai.

Bhabhi starts crying and hugs monami.

Bhabhi- tumhe pata hai monami jab param shaheed hue the tab karan ne mujhe sambhala tha lekin abb mujhe kon sambhalega..?

Monami- mai abhi vahi feel kr rhi hu jo aap feel kar rhe ho bhabhi........Baby ko pata hai?

Bhabhi- nhi baby ko nhi bataya hai Maine. Thode dino baad karan thik ho jayega tab bataungi.

Monami- chalo bhabhi hospital chalte hai yaha ka kaam hogaya hai mera.

They go to the hospital and see Karan trying to get up from the bed. Monami jumps in joy that he has recovered. She was more than happy now.
She goes to him and hugs him tightly.
He sees her and bhabhis eyes with tears.

Karan- tum log ro kyu rahe ho? Mai thik hu. Mujhe kuch nhi hua hai.

Monami- hum tumhare liye nhi ro rahe. Hum toh voh insaan ke liye ro rhe hai jiska plan khadoos shergill ke vajh se fail hogaya.

Karan laughed and winced in pain.

Monami-Karan tumhe rest karna chahiye.

Karan- bhabhi? Aap aagayi? Hogaya apka kaam?

Bhabhi- thoda baaki tha but voh mai yaha se bhi kar sakti hu.

Karan- toh aap yaha kyu aayi..? Pakka monami ne Panic kiya hoga. Isliye aap bhag ke aayi na....

Bhabhi- karan tumhe pata hai, mai hamesha se chahti thi tumhe Aisa life partner mile jo tumhe hassa sake, tumhe samjh sake aur most importantly tumhari care kare kyuki tum khud toh karte nhi ho aur shayad bhagwaan ne meri sunn Li.

Bhabhi- aur haa karan, monami ne bilkul panic nhi kiya, infact usne toh saare bacchon ko apne apne ghar bheja aur mujhe bhi sambhala.

Monami flaunted as if she did cry even once.

Karan- tum nhi roii aisa toh ho nhi sakta..

Meanwhile faizi and Sid enter. While after knowing that karan has come in senses all the cadets rush to the hospital to meet him.
All the cadets reach the hospital and stand outside the room and hear their talks

Sid looked at monami who was flaunting her bravery.

Sid- Hein monu? Sachi?

Monami gestured him to shut up.

Karan- laga hi tha mujhe, Akhir monami tsumani hai yeh.

Karan- faizi, tu thik hai?

Faizi- haa karan hum thik hai.

Karan- saare bacche apne Ghar poch Gaye na?

Monami- yes sir.

Karan- very good cadet monami Mahajan.

Chitra- aise hi thodi iss couple ko #powerfulcouple bola jata hai. Karan sir #life aur death ke bich jhul rahe the fir bhi monami ne unn bachon ki responsibility li aur unhe ajj ke ajj Ghar bhej diya.

Karan hears this and calls them inside the room.
Karan- aap log bhi andar aa jaiye.

Bala- karan sirji apne ko hume dhara hi diya tha. Hume laga humne apko kho diya.

Karan- itna jaldi picha nhi chhodunga tum logon ka. Abhi toh aur pitoge tum log mujhse.

All of them laughed while monami just looked at karan who was smiling with all his heart and was relieved to see his smile after these long hours of sadness.

Even mr batra comes to meet him and appreciates him for completing the mission.

Everyone left the room and monami was about to leave when Karan Stopped her.

Karan- monami!

Monami- haa?

Karan- thanks!

Monami- kis liye??

Karan- meri jindagi ka hissa banne ke liye..

Monami smiled at him and left the room.

After few days-

Dr- abb aap inhe ghar le jaa sakte hai. He is fine. Bs apko itna dhyaan rakhna hai ki yeh jyada exercise na kare, because abhi bhi yeh thode weak hai. 1-2 mahine baad he can resume.

Monami- okay thanks doc. hum kal subah leke jayenge inhe.

Chitra- #itna late kyu, ajj hi le jaate haina?

Monami did not reply but looked at faizi and Sid and smiled.

Sumanji- monami kya plan banaya hai? Hum kuch madad kare?

Monami- nahi kuch nahi. Aap log bs kal subah 11 baje ready ho Jana. Ek party organise Kiya hai aise samjh lijiye.
