Chloë Richie is the smartest, Richest Toddler on earth. And it helps that her Grandmother is Mrs. Richie, owner of Richie Town. Chloë is only four years old and can speak five languages fluently. She can count to 10 000 and her hobbies are: Building super robots, playing chess, feeding her ducklings, eating bubblegum and driving around in her blue Mini van (which she has a license for).
Chloë doesn't like her future step-mom at all. and would do anything to stop the wedding from going through. If only her father had any brain cells he would see that his future wife is a mistake.
