Crash! Thud! I awake with a jump at the noise. What was that? I ask myself. I notice a strange purple smoke coming from outside and walk over to the window in wonder. My eyes widen as I see a small strangely shaped glowing object no bigger than my hand outside. I rush to the front door and throw it open, not caring that my mom will flip out at me if she knew I was going outside in my pjs.
"Woah! What IS that?" I ask no one in particular.
"This, my dear, is the Stone of Atticus."
I jump at the sound and turn around slowly. Standing before me is a creature no more than two feet high. It was a strange looking thing, bubblegum pink with two little antennae and those classic alien eyes. Hey, It's actually kinda cute. I tell myself.
"I am Pompom," She said in an adorable high pitched voice, "And I come from the planet Artemis. Artemis is in grave danger, you see and we must ask you for help, Oh Chosen One.
