I am a member with the NAMI organization I participate every week with the support groups I also participate in the peer to peer support groups and the Connections group as well.

I have been finding the NAMI support groups extremely helpful for me with not only my healing journey but with my mental health conditions and my emotional health

I have learned how to handle my emotions better I know better coping strategies I know how to get myself to be calm if I am real anxious And so much more etc

NAMI is helping me become a stronger advocate for my mental health and I couldn't ask for anything better in them

I am thankful for everything that they do

I highly recommend NAMI to anyone who is struggling
