"SAIM!" The three looked at Saim, who groaned gazing at Yusra, before standing up. As he was about to walk out he heard his father continously calling him, making him growl while the siblings laughed at his frustration.

"For Allah's sake have some sabr." He spoke as soon as he entered his parent's room, but as soon as he noticed his father's tensed face, he raised his brow.

"She is planning your reception too along with Saad's." Zaim said and Saim widen his eyes looking at his mother talk on the phone. Panicking, he turned to his father who shook his head, shrugging his shoulder.

"Mamma can we have a talk?" Saim moved to his mother, while she asked for a minute. He waited patiently tapping his feet, hearing his mother talk to his aunt about the wedding.

"Saim, I called Anaya appi and told her to tell Naman to take a leave and be here by next week. Now listen we have a lot of things to plan and do but I was thinking, how about we keep your reception too along with Saad's? It will actually save money and plus we haven't even introduced Yusra to anyone other than our family and I think it's high time that people know you are married. I don't understand how did I not think about this earlier-"

"Mamma listen." Saim cut his mother off putting his hands on her shoulder and making her seat. He looked down at her lap, knowing it was now time to tell his mother the truth about the marriage and the decision he had taken.

"We are getting a divorce." Saim said and the room fell in silence. Saim looked at his mother, waiting for any reaction, but as she turned to his father he too glanced at his father who looked as shocked as her.

"Saim," She uttered, smiling in nervousness already feeling her heartbeat rapidly at the news, "It's not a joke," She said gulping a lump patting her son on his cheek, wanting him to laugh at the pathetic joke he had just uttered.

"I am not joking, I am serious." Saim said and turned to his father, nodding his head at him. Zaim gazed at his son, the guilt starting to creep him up for the thing he had done.

"But you both-" Sara couldn't speak, not knowing how she was supposed to react and looking at her husband, she knew this was not something the two were expecting.

"I married Yusra for a reason." Saim said and Sara sat quietly waiting for him to continue. Taking in a deep breath, he started telling his mother about every single thing, from the day he met, leaving out a few important things, that he kept to himself.

"You helped him out with this?" Sara turned to Zaim with accusation in her eyes, making him to lower his eyes. Sara couldn't believe that her husband and sons had planned all this.

"I didn't knew what else to do so I just had to bribe her aunt into marrying her to me." Saim completed and Sara gasped loudly but one more gasp made them turn around to the door to find Yusra and Zara standing on the door, Zara having her hands on her mouth, while Yusra stood still not uttering a word.

"Oh Yusra," Sara said rushing towards Yusra engulfing her in a hug, while Saim stared at her, the guilt developing within him. Yusra stood still as Sara uttered soothing words in her ear but nothing fell into her ears. All she could hear was Saim's words that rang in her ear and mind loud enough to break her.

He had bribed her aunt into marrying her. This was the hidden piece of puzzle that wasn't making sense to her from the time of their marriage. He had offered money in exchange to get married to her.

As she stood in daze, repeating the words in her mind, she tried smiling at her mother-in-law who was patting her cheek, feeling her throat burn.

"I am so sorry you had to go through so much in your life and now the divorce- I am so sorry." Sara asked hugging and Yusra heaved deeply her eyes moving to Saim.
