Zoe POV
As I stepped foot in our Brighton home, I couldn't tell whether Alfie was really angry at me, or excited
"Ah, it feels good to be back home!" I said, something to break the awkward silence
I took off my coat and me and Alfie sat down in the living room
"I can't believe I'm going to be a dad!" Alfie said out of the blue, I was SO glad he was excited!
He came over to me and gave me a massive hug!
"ALFIE, OW, OW, STOP, YOU'RE HURTING ME!" I shouted
"What?? Are you ok??"
"You just lent on my stomach, I'm pregnant, remember, there's a little baby growing inside of me!"
"Sorry, I forgot about that! Wow, looking at you now, no offence but your stomach is really big!"
"Well thanks a lot! I'm flattered" I said sarcastically
"Alfie? Are you ready to be a dad yet?"
"Zoe, to be honest with you, I have no clue whatsoever!" There was a long pause
"I'm going to go and get some food, Wagamamas or Nandos?"
"Nandos please Alfie" I asked
"Are you coming?"
"No, I think I'll stay here" He looked at me anxiously "Alfie, I'll be fine on my own honestly"
"If you insist, little one, bye" he leaned in to kiss me, grabbed his wallet, keys and phone, put his shoes on, then shut the front door. . .
