Fallin' for Calix

chapter26- 'Nightmares'

I laid her down gently..

then I laid down beside her..

she snuggled closer..

I tightend my hold on her..

she closed her eyes but I know she cant sleep..

and I cant take it if she's suffering..

now I know how Cash feels..

why she wish Lyka dead..

its because of this..

call me anything you want but Im glad that Lyka's dead..

like really..really glad..

 then I started humming her a song..

I saw her smile..

I kept on humming until she has fallen asleep...

while clutching my shirt..

her soft breathing tells me that she's sleeping peacefully..

I kissed the top of her head..

"sleep well bella..Ill be right here when you wake up.."

and with that I fell asleep..

*Cassandra's POV*

I woke up feeling fresh as ever..

and I know why..

waking up next to Calix gives me utter bliss!!!!

his arms were wrapped aroung me like a security blanket..

no wonder I slept like a baby after that horrible nightmare..

I giggled as I touched his face..

I wanted to get up but his hold on me were firm and not easy to shake..

then his eyelids fluttered open..

and the most beautiful aquamarine eyes greeted me..

"buongiorno bella.." he said huskily..

from sleep obviously..

"morning.." I chirped

"had a nice sleep??" he asked

I nodded at him..

this guy can make me lost for words..

"I did..thank you very much for staying with me.." I told him

he smlied lovingly at me..

"anything for you bella..Ill sleep next to you every night if thats what you want.." he said

"Cash will kill you if she finds out.." I blurted out

then suddenly I dont feel so good anymore..

"hey.." Calix said as he puts his finger under my chin..

then he lift up my face so he can see me..

"everything will be alright.." he assured me

I smiled half heartedly..

"Im sure it will.." he said again

"I believe you.." I said

then he gave me a quick kiss..

"ok lets get you some foods..you have work.."

I laugh..

"right!!" I said
