My alarm goes off as I wake up and look at the time 12:00am. Shit I have one hour to get ready and everyone knows an hour isn't enough
As I throw any decent outfit I find on and put my hair into a messy bun I get all my stuff and leave
About 20 minutes I get to Kate's and she comes rushing outside
"Y/N!" She screams as she runs towards me and pulls me into a passionate hug
"Why hello to you to" I greet
"Soooo did you bring your weapons"
Shit. I knew I forgot something "uhhhh no"
"Thought you wouldn't well here I have a spear" Kate says as she hands me a knife
"Ok so why do I need this because I don't feel like killing anyone today" I say
"What? No you idiot and no we aren't attacking eachother I asked you to bring a weapon so I could teach you self defense" Kate said laughing
"Oh well that makes more sense so what first?" I question
"Simple hit the targets" she instructs
"Ok easy enough ig" I throw my knife but miss. God sake
A few minutes and I still haven't hit anything I either hit a tree a log or whatever "Kate I'm never going to hit it" I say
"Ah no try again no giving up" she says
I start giving up hope then when I go to throw it thinking I'd miss. Again. I fall as I'm throwing it HOW DO I FALL
"Wow well done y/n you hit the target"
Wait what. I stand up and look at the target. Bullseye. "Omg I atcully did it" I cant believe the only way I hit the target was falling over
"Well done I'll teach you more later but I think we should go in and get something to eat?" Kate suggests
"Ye sure" I say as we both go in the house
As we both eat I hear my phone ding it's mason. Shit.
"Hey Kate I'll be back soon" I say
"Oh ye ok sure where are you going?"
"Just to awnser my phone" I reply Kate nods as I walk out
