Riley

"It'll only be a week" Spencer said as we stood by his car the next morning
"A week is a long time" I pouted making him chuckle, he cupped my cheek pushing the hair out of my face
"What's a week when we have forever" He winked making me chuckle as we pressed our lips together
"Do you have to go?" I asked and he sighed nodding
"But what if" I started but he shook his head giving me the same look he always gives me when I know I'm not going to win

"Fineee" i groaned making him chuckle
"I'll be back before you know it" He said and I nodded leaning in to hug him tightly
"When I get back I'll take you out" He whispered making me look up at him
"You don't need to-" I started
"I want to sweetheart, it's the least I can do for leaving you alone" He said smiling at me
"I love you" I said pressing my lips against his again
"I love you too" He said kissing me once more

As soon as Spencer left I turned back to the house sighing, having him was like a catalyst. He was there when I wanted to talk to people, he was there when I needed a hug, he was there and now it'll have to be over the phone and it just isn't the same

"Has he gone?" Hunter asked as I sat in my usual spot on the sofa
"Yeah" I said before everyone looked at me a little sad, well except someone
"He'll be back before you know it" Emily said and I nodded
"Where has he gone anyway?" Jessica asked making me raise a brow at her
"He's got a work convention he can't miss" I said

"Can't miss? okay" She muttered making me look at her again
"Sorry? Is there a problem?" I asked and she chuckled shaking her head, I shot James a lot who had a pissed off expression too
"No go on, share with the class" I said 
"No thankyou" She said smirking at me
"whatever" I said getting up from the sofa heading out the front door

"Roo!" I heard Hunter call as I stood on the doorstep
he took one look at me before giving me his sympathetic smile
"ignore her alright" He said and I shook my head
"I shouldn't have to" I explained and he nodded

"What the hell is your problem" I groaned grabbing Jessica's arm dragging her into the back garden
"What do you mean sweetie" she asked
"don't play dumb with me Jess" I warned her
"come on James, you can't be that oblivious to it!" She yelled making me raise my brows at her
"She sent him away to get close to you again!" She called making me laugh

"Jessica I thought we were passed this! I thought this whole jealousy problem was over and done with!" I yelled back
"It is but come on! You can't tell me that you don't see it!" She yelled
"No! No I don't, what I see if one my of my best friends now upset because my girlfriend has an unnecessary problem against her" I said making her roll her eyes as she crossed her arms across her chest

"Best friend? James she is you ex!" She exclaimed
"Yeah?" I asked and she nodded
"And guess what Jessica" I said making her look at me confused
"So are you. You better call Daddy to come and pick you up" I said before walking straight past her back into the living room

I headed straight up to Jess and I's room putting the last of her things in the suitcase before bringing it downstairs, by this point everyone in the living room were listening in
"James you aren't thinking clearly" Jess said as we stood by the doorway
"Oh I am. You told me this whole jealousy thing was over. I'm not doing it again Jess" I warned her
"come on James please" She asked placing her hand on my arm

"No, you did this with Piper and now with Riley and I'm sick of it" I said opening the front door 
I half expected Riley and Hunter to be sat there but I was happily surprised that they weren't 
"Goodbye Jess" I said making her look at me with tears streaming down her face

"Are you okay?" West asked as I closed the front door, I looked at them all and nodded with a subtle smile on my face

I think this may have been a long time coming
