Ruby walked away, turning to the ground.

"What could I do if I just knew it didn't need to be perfect?
It just needed to be, and they let me be"

Suddenly Ruby was heading into the forest, Jasper followed with wide eyes.

"A hurricane of jacarandas"

Suddenly, they were swerving through plants. Jasper nearly dodging them, as both Ruby and Jasper sung.

"Strangling figs (big)
Hanging vines (this is fine)"

Suddenly, Ruby had climbed up a tree, staring out at the top of the trees and sky. Jasper started to climb, panicked.

"Palma de cera fills the air as I climb
And I push through
What else can I do?"

Ruby stood with pride, staring out.

"Can I deliver us a river of sundew?"

Jasper nearly slipped down the tree when suddenly, Ruby grabbed her hand, helping her up.

"Careful, it's carnivorous, a little just won't do"

Jasper looked at Ruby in awe, Ruby didn't notice as she stared at Jasper, her tone changing to a more questioning tone.

"I wanna feel the shiver of something new
I'm so sick of pretty, I want something true, don't you?"

Jasper sighed, beginning to sing her emotions.

"You just seem like your life's been a dream"

Suddenly, they both began singing, their voices full of emotion.

"Since the moment you opened your eyes
(How far do these roots go down?)"

Ruby seemed to quiet, sadness in her eyes still, Jasper smiled.

"All I know are the blossoms you grow
But it's awesome to see how you rise"

Ruby looked at her with wide-eyes. Ruby began singing again, alongside Jasper.

"How far can I rise
Through the roof, to the skies?
Let's go"

Ruby jumped down, Jasper following as they ran through the forest, a smile on both of their faces.

"A hurricane of jacarandas (woo)
Strangling figs (go)
Hanging vines (grow)"

Jasper was full of happiness as she ran, same for Ruby. Butterflies and many animals following them, happy.

"Palma de cera fills the air as I climb
And I push through
What else, what else?"

Ruby hopped on a rock, Jasper racing past as Ruby then followed.

"What can you do when you are deeply, madly, truly in the moment?
(Seize the moment, keep goin')"

Jasper looked over her shoulder at Ruby, butterflies flying around them both.

"What can you do when you know who you wanna be isn't perfect?"

Jasper slowed, looking at Ruby with a smile, as they were near a stream so they could see themselves.

"But I'll still be okay
(Hey, everybody clear the way) (woo)"

Jasper and Ruby were staring in the stream now, a smile still know both of their faces.

"I'm coming through with tabebuia (she's coming through with that booyah)"

Ruby pulled out her sword and slashed st the water, as Jasper got her bow and began shooting arrows at it, seizing the moment of joy, both being careful to not hurt the wild life.

"Making waves (making waves)
Changing minds (you've changed mine)"

Ruby and Jasper turned and looked at each other, Ruby stepping forward.

"The way is clearer 'cause you're here, and well"

Jasper was surprised, but Ruby hugged her all of a sudden.

"I owe this all to you
What else can I do?"

Jasper hugged back, happier than ever.

"Show 'em what you can do
What else can I do?"

They soon stopped hugging, looking at one another, happy that their friendship is repaired.

"There's nothing you can't do
What else can I do?"

As they stopped, Ruby laughed a little, asking, "Why did we ever stop being friends?" Jasper shrugged, both filled with happiness and sadness that were mixed together.
