⊙19. Parturition

he time flies so fast and the last month of pregnancy came

In the last appointment of y/n the doctor told them the final date,
It's still 12-14 days left for dilivery date

Y/n's pov

I woke up in the middle of night, i was feeling a bit unusual
I moved my sight to other side of bed where taehyung is sleeping peacefully while his one hand is on my whole 9 months old big womb

I slowly kept his hand aside and tried to get up with the support of my arms

I was going to bathroom but..

On the way... few quite big drops of water dropped from my lower and suddenly i panicked
I was confused if i peed here or really my water broke

But suddenly more and more water started dropping

I called taehyung panicking

"Tae-Taehyung ..." He didn't listen.

I called him again but this time my voice got little louder "Taehyung!!!"

Then he opened his eyes shot open hearing my voice and he looked at his side but I wasn't there then his eyes roaming around the room and in a blink of eye he stood in front of me panicking

He looked down at my water broke, i was silent i didn't know what to do

He suddenly ran out of the room while shouting his for "MOM"

Taehyung's mom and taehyung rushed inside the room and came to me.. i was standing in the same position as before

Mom looked at me asked me about the pain but my contraction hasn't started yet

"Taehyung you called the ambulance?" Mom asked him

"Uh no" he replied

"Then what are you waiting for go call the ambulance" mom said in a high pitched voice

Taehyung fastly went to grab his phone and here mom make me sit on the couch.

Author's pov

At the moment any private room was not available they said in the morning they'll be able to get it
And it's already almost dawn so they admitted y/n to the public ward

The public ward was full of screams of pregnant ladies and seeing them is scaring y/n more but the main problem there is that family isn't allowed inside not even the husband

The nurses will take care of the patients

And it was a big and famous hospital so their facilities and services are quite appreciable too

But still anxiety is killing Taehyung who is sitting outside the ward

Although y/n's pain hasn't started yet and nurses giving full report of patient to their families but Taehyung isn't with her so its obvious that he is tensed

His mother is telling him soothing words to decrease his anxiety

Nurse told them that they can go home and come in the morning so taehyung sent his mother to home

Taehyung's POV

The very first thing i did in the morning is get her admitted in a private room now finally i can be with her

There is a drip of oxitocin is connected to her arm because of which her contractions are increasing

The head nurse is motivating her on her every contractions

Whenever her contractions increases my heartbeat increases too but the words of nurse and mom is giving me goosebumps

Soon I'm going to have my little one in my hands which i was eagerly waiting for

The time has came, Finally.

but I'm super nervous

They took her inside the room when her labour started

We all are waiting here outside the ward

Y/n's sister and brother also came along with her parents

After a long time a nurse came out with a small cloth in her hands, i thought she needed something but no she came to me and said

"Mr. Kim y/n's family?"

I nodded feeling bit nervous

"Here. Your daughter" she said

I stiffened seeing the little new born ... My eyes started filling with tears
