"The fuck? Why do you look like that?" Pete sneered. Mikey had gained so much weight, he was six months pregnant, of course, his body was going to change.

"I'm six months, Pete. I'm obviously gonna get bigger."

"Yeah well...it looks disgusting. You have no ass anymore, I can't even imagine having sex with you after this is done with. You'll be all stretched out and I wouldn't even feel anything."

Mikey sighed, he grabbed the woolen sweater from off of the arm of the sofa and puts it on. It was boiling outside, but Pete insisted that Mikey covered up his body. He didn't like Mikey's body anymore. He liked the skinny, starving Mikey. Mikey would starve himself to be better, but when he got pregnant, he couldn't stop eating.

"You know what Mikey?" Pete raised his voice again, making Mikey immediately turn to face him. He knew his and Pete's relationship was becoming toxic, but Mikey couldn't stop loving him.'

"Huh?"

"Get out. I don't want a stupid kid, I don't want to be tied down to you just because you're having a baby, I don't want you anymore. Get the hell out of my house."

"What?! No, Pete...you're kidding, right..? You said...I'm not allowed to see my parents or Gerard anymore...You smashed my phone and I can't call someone to take me.."

Pete just shrugged. "Well, it looks like you have one option, huh? You gotta live on the streets. Nobody would want you anyway."

Pete grabbed Mikey by the back of his sweater and dragged him towards the front door. He roughly threw Mikey to the concrete in front of his home, with no regard to the baby that could've been hurt on impact.

"Can you just call Gerard to pick me up..?"

"Do you think I even care about you? Did you actually think you meant something to me? That's your problem, you fall for people too quickly, you didn't abort this mistake when I told you to. Now beat it."

Mikey really didn't hesitate to swiftly walk off of the driveway. He didn't have any belongings in Pete's house, Pete didn't allow him to own anything of value, Mikey wasn't allowed to talk to his family, he even went so far and smashed Mikey's phone to pieces to stop him from trying to call for help.

He couldn't understand Pete's sudden behavior. The day Mikey told him he was pregnant, Pete was so excited that he ran straight to the store and started stocking up with baby clothes and bottles. But when Mikey hit the second trimester, and his once glowing, radiant skin became full of breakouts, and his flat stomach began to grow, Pete decided Mikey wasn't good enough.

Pete started sleeping around with strangers. Mikey would come home from work sometimes and find Pete, drunk as fuck with random men in the bed. Mikey really didn't want his son or daughter to be walking in on their father and a stranger in the bed.

Where the Hell am I supposed to go now? Maybe I can walk to Gerards, that's not too far. Walk down the road, take a left, then another left, walk past the drugstore and take a right...Or was it a left? No, it was definitely a right. Then... it's left at the gas station. Shit. Where the fuck am I?

-

It felt like hours he was walking. It probably was hours, he was already incredibly hungry and tired. He was missing his big, cozy bed at Pete's house, he was just wandering the streets alone, no way to call Gerard or his family, nowhere to go, no phone...nothing but his child and the thought of being completely alone, pregnant and homeless.

"Five bucks...that's all I have.." He muttered to himself. That wasn't enough for a blanket, definitely not. It was getting cold, and judging by the ominous black cloud above his head, it was going to rain, bad. He was screwed, on the first night of being on the streets.

He walked into a local convenience store to pick up something to eat and drink, he and the baby were not going to be eating as much as they used to. He picked up a little tub of salad, a ham and cheese sandwich, and a little bottle of water.

"Just this please." He said with a little sigh at the register.

"Awesome. So, are you pregnant?" She asked as she scanned Mikey's items. Kristin Blanford, Mikey's ex-girlfriend. Honestly, she wasn't an ex for a bad reason, not like Alicia.

Kristin was the sweetest individual Mikey had ever met. She loved Disney but she also adored her horror movies. It was no surprise that she begged Mikey to dress as Minnie and Mickey Mouse for Halloween, and from then on, she never stopped calling him Mikey Mouse.

Though things changed. The following January, Mikey noticed that he didn't feel attracted to women like he thought he did. Yes, Kristin was a beautiful, radiant young woman, but Mikey felt disloyal to her as he came to the realization that he preferred men.

The day he came out to her, he broke down in tears and called himself a mistake. Kristin knew they had to break up, but she wasn't an ass about it. She just smiled, held Mikey's hands, and kissed his forehead, telling him she'd always love and support him, and that he needs to find a good husband and make sure she's at that wedding.

Of course, Kristin was heartbroken. She loved Mikey, she wanted to be the wife of Mikey Way, but she knew she'd be wrong to tell Mikey he can't embrace his sexuality and be himself. After a few days apart, they met for coffee and officially ended the relationship. Though things weren't awkward, Kristin and Mikey remained the closest of friends and she was thrilled to hear that Mikey had met Pete; and that soon she'd be an aunt.

"You know who I am, Kris. You know I'm pregnant. Six months, due in March."

"Congratulations. You and Pete must be over the moon. It's been forever since we saw each other! We should hang out again, maybe go for coffee."

Mikey chuckled a little and shrugged. "I can't have coffee right now. Babies don't appreciate it." And Pete just kicked me out because he doesn't want to have a fat ass boyfriend and a stupid kid.

"God Mikey, you have the cutest little baby bump ever! I bet the baby's gonna be so so cute! Aunt Kris is gonna take them to Disneyland, while mama watches his big girl on all the rides!"

Mikey loved Kristin, still. Not in a romantic way, she was still the sweetest girl ever. So fun and full of life, she could make anyone happy by just smiling. She radiated positive energy and God, Kristin and Mikey were the closest friends ever.

Mikey took his items and put them into a plastic bag before waving goodbye and leaving the store. He walked down the street and hid himself behind a dumpster with his food, quietly munching away on his sandwich and washing it down with a mouthful of water. He ate all his food and drank his water, leaving the trash right next to him.

He had no choice but to sleep against the cold, hard floor. His hand smoothed over the stretched skin of his baby bump as he gently hummed some songs to his baby. It was such a sweet sentiment at such a confusing, scary time.

Where the hell will the baby go? What am I going to do about schools? Am I going to be out here all my life? I can't go to a homeless shelter, I don't want my baby to grow up in a shelter. If I have to fight out here to keep my baby safe, then I will.

He cuddled down into his sweater, bringing his knees up as far as his belly would let him, and curled into a ball to keep himself warm. "We'll be an okay sweetheart. Mommas here and he's gonna take care of you out here. I promise."
