They grinned. "You're the bride. You need to make a dramatic entry, don't you think so?" Karimat asked with a smirk.
Lola chuckled and nodded. "Of course and where is my bride of honor?"
"She is still making herself up." Sameeha, an old friend said.
"Well, I'm done now," Ibukun said cat walking into the room and all eyes fell on her.
"Wow!" Lola exclaimed when she saw Ibukun's face and dress.
She had seen her wear the clothing more than once but she looked extremely different at the moment, especially with the gold shoe she was wearing and her makeup. She has a blue lens in her eyes like Karimat. But it looked so different from Karimat's. It looked almost natural on her.
"Did you do some kind of magic on yourself because you look more beautiful," Karimat said narrowing her eyes at Ibukun.
"I'm the bride of honor, I think I should look different. Don't you agree?" She asked no one in particular, flipping her bottom-length weaves to the side with her gold-colored nails.
"You just admitted you cheat," Remi said.
Sameeha added. "She has a point. But you can't really blame her. As she said, she is the bride of honor and the makeup artist. They always do the best for themselves."
"Agreed. But I think the most beautiful one here is Lola." Ibukun said looking at Lola. A broad smile spread across her face as she moved closer to her. "Can't you all see that she is so beautiful? Perfect. I'm so in love with the makeup myself." She admired Lola's face.
Lola grinned at her, muttering thanks to her.
"Agreed," Ada said nodding.
"You should see the photographs of her that were taken. The guy is so good. And he hasn't even edited it." Remi told them.
"Yes, o. And she is not even in her dress yet. I am also wondering about the magic that will happen when he edits it. He is really good." Sameeha added.
"He is a renowned photographer. And do you know how much Demilade will pay him? He deserves to do something really good." Karimat stated that it was an obvious fact.
Lola picked up her phone from the bed when she heard the quiet chime. She opened the messages that just entered and her lips tugged into a smile.
"This one that you're smiling, turning all red..." Sameeha said walking up to her. "What are you watching?"
The others also came to see what she was watching.
Demilade had sent a video of himself and his friends in their room with some pictures. And a message 'Can't wait to see you in that white dress' with a big love sticker at the end.
"Wow! These guys are rocking their suits. See as they're oppressing someone." Remi said, amazed.
"As in."
"These guys are all handsome o. Kekere ko. Their suit is madd o." Sameeha exclaimed. The camera was moving from one of them to the other.
The groom was in a chequered suit of white, red, and black color while the groom's friends were in the same black and red suit that seem to be cut out perfectly for each of them.
"Oh my! He is so handsome." Ada exclaimed, compelled by the last picture.
Remi and Sameeha turned to her with questioning gazes.
"We know he is. The groom is handsome." Remi said matter of factly.
"Don't you guys need to... You know... That's the groom we are talking about." Sameeha said like they didn't know that.
