She shook her head and continued with her food muttering something like what's the difference? Demilade grinned but said nothing.

Lola and her two best friends walked out of the shopping mall laughing together with shopping bags in their hands. They had just walked away from a fat elderly man who was probably in his late sixties trying to woo Lola.

The ladies burst into laughter when he approached Lola telling her he likes her and he can take care of her. They were unable to control their emotions and they erupted into laughter, surprising the man.

But it didn't end there. Lola had told him that she believed him but there was someone who could do a better job with it and she showed him her engagement ring and then gave him an invitation card, asking him to come to the wedding which was in two weeks.

The man had shamefully walked away, embarrassed mostly by the fact that Ada and Ibukun won't stop laughing where they were standing, staring in their direction.

"Old hag. They won't look for women their age and size." Ada said still laughing.

"No mind them. Is it his type that is a sugar daddy?" Ibukun said mockingly.

"IB, abah..." Ada laughed and she rolled her eyes chuckling.

"Na the truth be that. He even has to choose the wrong person." Ibukun said looking at Lola who was grinning.

She was pressing the car key button to unlock the booth as they just got to where she had parked her car.

They laughed while the booth opened.

"And she gives him what he really deserves," Ada said proudly.

"Yeah, a wedding invitation." And she suddenly burst into another round of laughter. "Oh, my God!" She wiped her teary eyes.

"Dear, why are you even going around with your wedding invitation cards?" Ada asked curiously.

Lola smirked and replied. "I don't know. I'm in love with the design and you know.... for something like what happened a while ago." And they all laughed again. "It has come in handy."

"Yes, it has." Ibukun agreed.

They dropped the things in their hands in the booth and Lola closed it.

"Let's go." She said to them.

"Wait. Why is that lady staring at you? She had been staring at you for quite some time now." Ada said quietly.

"Where is she?" Lola and Ibukun asked at the same time.

"Behind you. In your sixties. A little girl is standing beside her." Ada said gesturing to their back and she turned back to them.

Lola turned around and her eyes landed on the person Ada told her about. She was loading something in her car while a little girl about five to six stood pouted in front of her, nagging about something.

She knew her and she was surprised to see her. She hadn't seen her in a long time.

"You guys can enter the car. I need to talk with that person." She said as she turned back to face her friends.

They quirk a brow at her.

"Why?"

"Do you know her?"

"Yes." She nodded but they didn't look like they believe her. "I'll be back." She gave Ada her car keys and she left them before they can ask any questions.
