Mr. Thompson was the richest man in the whole of Europe. He was an African Australian who had lived most of his life in Europe. His wife was also a European who was the sole owner and inheritor of the biggest animal feed company in the whole of Europe and the third in the world. Mr. Thompson was majoring in real estate and he is a business mogul. He merged his company with his wife's when they got married, building something better and greater.

About six months ago, he came to Nigeria to expand his business in Africa and he chooses Nigeria - his African lineage.

He decided to build estate and bring his real estate business into the country. And he needed a contractor for the job. He had hoped to get the contract because it was a huge one but after the issue between him and his first daughter, the contract never ended with him.

But he heard the deal had not been given to anyone after then. Although, he got some messages from Tina's sister to meet he declined the offer.

And that build his curiosity as to why Mr. Thompson had decided to come personally to his office.

"I'm sure you're wondering why I am here." Mr. Thompson started. Demilade peered at him and then nodded.

"Yes, I am." He admitted.

"I heard about your work and I have seen some of them first hand. Like the underground lounge, park, and the wonder Coast you built in the capital city Abuja." He stated. "But first of all before I go into the reason why I am here, let me apologize." Demilade was surprised for a split second when he heard his last word. "Mr. Demilade, I apologize on behalf for my daughter's behavior. I have no excuse to give and I hope you accept my sincere apology for her behavior. You are a man of principle and I must admit that. I respect you. There are only a few men like you. So, I apologize." His voice was calm and solemn. He could hear the sincerity in them.

Demilade was dumbstruck for a split second. He never thought in the world that a man like Mr. Thompson would come to his office to apologize. Especially for his daughter's attitude. He was really stupefied by the act.

"I am... I.." Demilade began and he brush on his stubble. "What can I say?" He chuckled nervously.

"I know it was so uncultured of her. It's my fault."

"No, it's not sir." He disagreed. "That was her decision."

The man said nothing but just heaved a sigh.

That was what Tina's desperation and uncontrolled lust resulted in. She made her father apologize to a total stranger for her behavior.

And since it was coming from him, he have to let it go. Tina almost letting him lose the relationship with the woman he loves was almost unforgivable. But seeing the old man pleading on her behalf, he should at least honor that.

"It's totally fine, sir. I've got some principles but I was taught to respect those older than me. So, Mr. Thompson, your apology is accepted." He told me the man sincerely.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome, sir."

"Roger is fine."

"I prefer Mr. Thompson."

"If you say so." He smiled. "I heard you have some awesome designs for the proposal, do you mind if I take a look at them?" Demilade gave him a questioning look. He laughed shortly and then added. "As you know the position for the contractor hasn't been taken. And I am seeking a good design. But I am yet to see what I was hoping for."

"It will be a pleasure." Demilade grinned. He gestured to Dayo and he nodded before he could say anything. He muttered thanks to him before he went to carry out the necessary thing. "I think the least I can do while we wait for my PA is to offer you a drink. What kind do you like sir?"
